“O hotel em si era bom, mas a recepcionista chamada “Alyshia” foi absolutamente rude. Quando entramos para verificar o quarto, ela estava se escondendo nos fundos - há uma placa dizendo "pegue o telefone e disque 0 para obter ajuda". Minha irmã fez isso, e ela saiu toda nervosa e com raiva por termos ousado incomodá-la para SE CHEGAR EM NOSSO QUARTO. Ela foi rude e curta todo o processo de check-in. Então, quando descemos a piscina, não havia toalhas nas prateleiras. Minha mãe foi até a frente para perguntar a ela se eles tinham toalhas limpas disponíveis, e ela novamente, ficou irritada com ela que ela até a incomodou para pegar toalhas ?! Como é que um hotel contrata alguém assim ?!”

“Fantástico lugar para quedarse. Tuvimos que quedarnos un tiempo entre casas y volvería a elegir aquí en un abrir y cerrar de ojos. Personal muy amable, excelentes comodidades ...
