Hotel clean and tidy. Staff happy and helpful. Grounds are immaculate. Beach was nice and clean, but was cramped, so spent most of time around the pool which was also nice and clean. Food plentiful and tasty, and a good selection. Drinks also nice. Entertainment was excellent. Best I've seen at a hotel resort do far. On the whole, a great time was had. Would recommend.

No lleno mis espectativas. Desde mosquitos hasta comida fría, la relación calidad precio no tienen nada que ver, demasiado costoso para lo que me ofrecen. Al final decidí salir mas temprano de lo que tenia pensado porque no me sentía a gusto.

Excelente hotel, mejor atencion sobre todo hamlet. Muy buena comida, vale la pena quedarse en este hotel. Playa limpia y muy hermosa. Amplias piscinas, show todas las noches, club de niños y adolescentes. Volveremos sin lugar a dudas.

We go with a group of friends that could be anywhere from 50 to 100 of us (that was the highest ever) every year.No matter how many we bring, they always go out of there way to make us feel like we are the only ones there.The entertainment staff is amazing and the wait staff is the best around.

É um lugar espetacular, tem tudo que é necessário para umas férias, a comida é excelente com muita variedade, todo o tipo de bebida, alcoolica ou não, muita diversão, piscina gigante, mar azul na frente,resumindo em uma única palavra "paraiso", pra não dizer que possui defeito, eu constatei que aqui a hora deve ter 50 minutos, pois o tempo passa voando, e não demora já tenho que voltar.

Friendly staff. Better than any other staff in any other area I have been in. Very accommodating. Make you feel like home. Super cheap. Never spend any money except if you want to tip, although it is not always expected. Great performances. Every worker is very talented. Would come back!

Had a wonderful vacation at the Iberostar Dominicana with my husband and two kids in their twenties. The resort was all lit up for Christmas and was particularly beautiful at night. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The grounds were tropical and lush. The food at the actual restaurants was very good. The beach was clean and beautiful. The work out facility was modern and well stocked. And ALL the staff was super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Andri who was able to throw in an extra “restaurant night” for us. And especially grateful to Jeffrey who hosted our delightful snorkeling excursion and took us into Punta Cana to a fabulous restaurant called Herman 311.

Una experiencia inolvidable, lo recomiendo para ir con la familia. Los camareros son muy simpáticos aunque me daba aveces la sensación de que iban muy cansados por la cantidad de horas consecutivas que hacían. Pero aún así siempre serviciales u muy atentos repetiría con gusto la experiencia.

The staff were all great. They really enjoyed making sure you were having a good time. The food was also very good. Make sure you sign up for one of the excellent Diner restaurants for each nigh (they will ask you to pick choices when you check in). My favorites were the seafood ( they has the best steak!) and the Asian ( all you can eat sushi appetizers). Great pools, huge beach, free intro to scuba, never ending free drinks, the list goes on and on!

We loved this resort! This was our third all-inclusive experience (previous two were in Mexico). The beach and pool areas were great, and the food was excellent. The bar tenders were not as friendly as other resorts, but they were quick and the drinks were strong and good. Our room and balcony were nice and cleaned well. Evening entertainment was good too. Weather in February was 80s and sunny, but windy. Would definitely stay here again!

Já estive em vários hotéis Da rede Iberostar no Brasil mas este hotel da República Dominicana 🇩🇴 foi o melhor deles sem qualquer dúvida. O pessoal que trabalha no hotel é super simpático principalmente com os brasileiros! Como o hotel não aceita crianças e nem toca músicas altas na piscina 🏊🏼‍♂️ proporciona muita paz e tranquilidade a seus hóspedes. É fantástico! Excelente! Maravilhoso! Perfeito! Recomendo!

A área em comum do resort é linda, com vários animais soltos do jeito que eu amo, gostei da decoração também. A parte ruim é que os banheiros não são limpos, os funcionários do próprio Resort são bastante inconvenientes, acham que podem falar o querem, viajei com uma amiga e não ouve um só dia em que não ouvimos gracinha de funcionário, pedindo Whatsapp, convidando pra sair, perguntando se estávamos sozinhas em nossa acomodação, um verdadeiro absurdo. A impressão que tivemos foi que esse comportamento é permitido e estimulado pela gerência, uma pena. Já as mulheres são muito trabalhadoras, espertas e sempre dispostas a ajudar.

Minha estadia foi de uma semana. O checkin foi rápido e facil. O quarto é muito bom, espaçoso e confortável. Os restaurantes buffet são excelentes e com muitas opções. Se deseja conhecer os outros restaurantes alem do buffet, marque com 2 dias de antecedência. Do contrário não conseguirá horarios. Conseguimos visitar o Mexicano, Frances e Steak House. São excelentes! A academia é muito boa e completa, inclusive com aulas de dança e outras coisas. Os caminhos que levam às areas comuns sao muito bonitos, com jardins muito bem cuidados por toda parte. O atendimento da equipe no geral, é bom. Viajo muito, e nunca vi um wifi de hotel tão bom quanto este. Até na praia funcionava com rapidez!Porém, tenho alguns pontos negativos a comentar: - O all inclusive é maravilhoso tratando-se das refeições, mas infelizmente não posso dizer o mesmo das bebidas alcoolicas e não alcoolicas. São bebidas nacionais (Republica Dominicana) de qualidade muito baixa. Além disso,a quantidade de alcool colocada nos drinks é irrisória. As não alcoolicas, com exceçao dos refrigerantes de máquina, tambem são de qualidade muito baixa, como sucos. Não existe suco natural nos buffets. - Faltam cardápios das bebidas incluídas no all inclusive em TODOS os bares. O hotel disponibiliza apenas cardápios das bebidas que são cobradas. - Existe uma clara discordâncis nos avisos exibidos em placas dos restaurantes, onde informam que nao é permitido sair com comida dos mesmos, sendo que após observar pessoas comendo na area da piscina e questionarmos funcionarios sobre poder fazer isso, nos informaram que era permitido. - Deveriam proibir o consumo de alimentos e bebidas DENTRO da piscina, na água, como vimos diversas vezes na nossa estadia. É extremamente anti higiênico. - As nossas fronhas e lençóis estavam com cheiro de mofo, de umidade. E mesmo após a troca, as novas tinham o mesmo cheiro, o que nos leva a achar que todas são assim. E o cheiro é forte. - Poderiam fechar o box do banheiro para que molhasse menos o ambiente.Mas no geral, foi uma experiência boa.

Un buen complejo donde pasar unas agradables vacaciones. A destacar su personal de animación que son excepcionales. Para los que viajamos con niños este hotel tiene el mejor Mini Club de todo el Caribe, tratan muy bien a los peques, hacen muchas actividades y lo pasan genial.

Love this resort, clean, nice rooms, pretty awesome selection of restaurants and bars, yummy food. Lots of stuff fro kids to do, day camp, evening shows where kids can participate, nice playground for kids. Beach is very nice, gets really crowded around the pools since early morning, same at the beach, everyone puts a towels on a chairs to reserve as early as 7 am.

Went here for a holiday for the first time. Had issues with the first villa that was given to us, as it seemed not to have been clean at all. However, went to the reception and they immediately gave us another one, which also had some issues, however, they promptly sent a cleaning team to the villa who immediately cleaned it thoroughly. Very good service. The swimming pools are nice, however, there are guests that go there with Bluetooth speakers, each one of them playing their own tunes, some hip-hop, some samba, some pop, which makes it a bit annoying, as it is in the end just a bunch of noise with all these music types playing loudly at the same time, and noisy people with no consideration for the other guests there trying to enjoy the pool. The staff does nothing to prevent this, which makes me not give it 5 stars. Other than that, really agreeable place to stay.

Mr. Mariachi and the entertainment group was excellent. Activities at the pool and theater were fun and interactive. The food was pretty good, although the variety doesn't change much at the buffets...
