“The time we stayed at the Paradisus Grand Cana was amazing! The resort was very clean, had so many amenities and food was really good as well. The service we received by our concierge Harold was the best, he was very attentive and responded to my questions on a timely manner and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
Everyone we encounter with at the resort was very pleasant and willing to help. We met some really nice people during our stay.”

“We stayed from Oct 21-28. Everything was amazing. Cleanliness was impeccable, they tiddied the room 3+ times a day and all of the common areas were perfectly up-kept. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Specifically Raul the concierge, Marilin & Andre at the buffet, and Antonio & Jackson behind the bar all went above and beyond. They really made us feel like family. We will be back year and year again, with our families next time. The food was also 10/10. Restaurants were great and very easy to get reservations. Our favourite was Mina (the steakhouse). We went three times and could have gone more. The buffet had a huge selection and the food was always great and fresh. The traditional Dominican food was super tasty and flavourful.
