“Excellent place to stay in Aspen. Right next door to the Gondola too. Stayed in a Queen bunk room. Was perfect for a family vacation. The rooftop pool is heated and only 3.5ft deep. Great for all ages and open 24/7. Will most definitely be back”

“We seemed to spend most of our time being annoyed at the incompetence of everyone here instead of enjoying our time. The best strand was when we ordered salad served in a warm plate with no dressing at all. and just your luck, You will completely be ignored by servers as well. No water. No silverware. No simple apology. All you could hear is the loud music from their kitchen and employees too busy talking to each other. This place is a joke. I have stayed at many W and this one is easy 0/5. Never again for the price tag they put on everything.”
