“Where to start..... since we got there it was a bad experience!! They did not have our 2 queen bed rooms ready that we paid for months ago and 1 Jr Suite with 2 queen beds that we reserved and played. Jorge was the person that helped us check in when we arrived he was really rude and told us "what else you want me to do? the hotel is full" So we asked Jorge to talk to the manager And ofcourse no manager was there on site so he called the "manager" and they finally gave us some rooms but not the ones that we paid for, the rooms they gave us were dirty the bed sheets stained, ripped and hairs on them also the curtains were dirty and the Jr suite room was missing 1 Queen bed, the next day they moved us to the rooms we payed for except for the 2 Queen bed Jr Suite. Another issue that we ran into was the horrible service....when we needed items like toilet paper, towels or food we had to call multiple times or even go downstairs to finally qet what we needed/ordered. Last thing is we didn't feel safe in this hotel, it seemed a little shady like somebody was gonna go in and steal our stuff I would not recommend this hotel to anybody We have stayed in way better hotels for less money and better service.”

“This place is in the middle of a neighborhood. It's the only hotel other than the Fairview. I happen to enjoy being around locals, eating and drinking like them. If you want 'American type food' and more people that speak English suggest to stay in hotel zone. The hotel itself is VERY clean, the rooms nice, good air, water and all staff was very nice with a few who spoke English.”
