“Pretty decent! The staff was friendly and provided ample amount of information about the hotel and the area. The room seemed clean, but still bring sanitizing wipes to wipe everything down for safety. There are a lot of dining and shopping options around the hotel, which was awesome! Tesla and other EV drivers should know the hotel's Blink Charging stations were out of order. Not sure what the story is about that.”

“The hotel itself was nice and clean. The service was not grea. The front desk was extremely slow. There was a line of atleast 10 people and only one person helping check in and not very efficiently. We were 4th in line and waited about 20 minutes. Then there was only one elevator working which cause more build up in the lobby. The stairs were hard to find and there was conflict on if you could use them or not. I was also charged the incident fee twice, which i'm hoping will get resolved. Overall the surrounding area of shopping makes it a nice to stay if you arent planning on spending much time in the hotel itself.”
