“In town for the Frankfort Fall Festival. The care and service Lisa at the front desk gave me and my family was above and beyond any service I've had at any hotel ever. From my confirmation call the evening before to gracefully and kindly helping us through an emergency situation we needed to deal with she was a rockstar. After a very long and exhausting day she came though in major ways and treated us with great compassion and understanding.”

“The only staff that shined brightest here was the cleaning staff. Omg, incredible communication, and attention to details.I found a used razor under my bed and complained. The staff did nothing because we sat on the bed. It was slightly under the bed where I keep my house slippers.The police harassed me giving me 3 of the same tickets for expired tags in a single week period at a job training site. Beware if you have to park your car in this lot.”
