“We had an amazing stay at sunrise Crystal bay, it was the best family holiday we have had as there was something for everyone to do, I can not fault the resort in any way possible. Our children (aged 7,5&4) loved their stay here. They enjoyed the kids club that had so many activities on to do throughout the day and especially the kids disco which they couldn’t miss every night. Oriana who ran the kids club was amazing with the kids and the kids loved her. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful. We had a great time here and will definitely be going back. It is a beautiful resort.”

“Of 20 years of family vacations, this is in our top three all time. Absolutely one of the best hotels, experiences, and staff! A wonderful time.
The food was great, but honestly the staff is what made the experience stand out so much. We were a group of 9 in two suites and the feeling amongst all 9 were we need to come back and soon.
The restaurants were all outstanding, and the facilities were very much high end western standards or Better!
What we left with was an experience that was meaningful and all about family which the staff ensured our desires and expectations were exceeded.
