“The hotel was new and clean. The rooms were also nice, as well as the pool. The breakfast was very good. However, the location wasn't perfect.”

“This isn’t it. I came here for a 2-night stay with my wife and daughter and although we weren’t expecting much, this place didn’t event come close to meeting the bare minimum.
The main issue was with the whole check-in process feeling quite sketchy and unsafe. And I don’t say that lightly. Upon arriving to the hotel, there were 3 people standing by the check-in desk and one of them was rummaging through papers and files behind the desk. He was dressed wearing regular clothing, but I assumed he worked there since he was behind the counter. He looked at me, didn’t say anything, and then continued searching for whatever he was looking for. When he was done, he walked around the counter with the other two women and then left out the front door.
At that point I realized he didn’t work there and I was left waiting around for 5-10 minutes waiting for an employee to show up (there’s no bell or buzzer to press for help). The lady showed up (Ashley?) and looked a bit disheveled and unprofessional. She was nice at least and gave me the room keys.
Our room was on the 2nd floor and when I went up to the room, I immediately noticed that MULTIPLE doors on the 2nd floor were left propped open and unlocked even though there were no guests staying in those rooms. That definitely gave off bad vibes and suggested that maybe those rooms are left accessible to anyone to do whatever they might like.
Needless to say, I already had a bad feeling (and this is without even addressing the room issues or the general low-lighting of the facility), so there was no way I was going stay here with my wife and young daughter.
I do not recommend this place at all.”
