“Great staff! They make you fell comfortable and welcome. Bed is wonderful and pillows are fantastic! In general a great experience.
During breakfast I have green tea and lemon and they had all done for me.
Really like this place!”

“Beds very comfy and clean, service great apart from limited english in breakfast and when ordering room service. There is a constant smell of strong chemicals from the cleaning products the hotel uses. During breakfast I got up from my table to get my own coffee from the hot drinks table because I couldn't get the waiters attention, the asian waiter insisted on pouring for me when I just wanted to do it myself, which was really infuriating, like i was doing something wrong by helping myself, might I suggest staff looked around the restaurant more to see when people are trying to get their attention.”
