“The hotel itself was fine, but the front desk woman named “Alyshia” was absolutely rude. When we walked in to check into the room, she was hiding out in the back- there’s a sign stating “pick up the phone and dial 0 for assistance”. My sister did so, and she comes out all flustered and angry that we dare bothered her to CHECK INTO OUR ROOM. She was rude and short the entire check in process. Then when we went down the the pool, there were no towels left on the shelves. My mom went up front to ask her if they had any clean towels available, and she again, was annoyed with her that she even disturbed her to get towels?! How does a hotel even hire someone like this?!”
