No swimming pool,restaurant or gym available due to remodeling but no mention of this website, still charged full price and for a water bottle I grabbed from the front desk. I thought they were complimentary since it's was 105* outside and their vending machine was broken. For breakfast they gave us granola bars and muffins with coffee and when i got some for my kids and my sister and brother in law up in the room they made a sly comment about how "we better hey more because their taking nearly all of them" were took a total of 6 the# off guests were were I said. But i wish they could have at least catered a bit more for the price I mean cereal and milk never crossed their mind as a good idea? OJ and bagels? Free water to cool off from learning about no amenities right when you get there and from the heat outside, i mean come on people other less expensive hotels do it. I don't recommend this place.

Upon arrival it was a bad experience. Once I was able to get to my room, we noticed the room hadn't been cleaned. I walked out my room to find a cleaning crew member as I had seen a couple of cleaning carts along the end of the hallway. Once I told the member about how the room was dirty, she acted like she didn't understand what I was saying so I repeated myself over 5 times while standing in the hallway. I told her there was trash in the room along with what looked like trimmer hairs in the sink as well as trash in the trash can in restroom. I was already appalled by the look but was tired of my drive there that I didn't feel like complaining any more because the front desk staff was rude as could be, never will I again stay at this location nor will I suggest this place to anyone! Please steer far away from this location/establishment. It was beyond horrible and I've had ugly experiences but none will ever compare to this establishment. Overall appearance and cleanliness as well as customer service are lower than whale poop!

We were sold a room with amenities at full price. Unfortunately the hotel is under renovation. We were awakened early each morning by drills and hammers. There was no pool available (one of the reasons we booked into a hotel on vacation). There was no business center open so it was difficult to check emails and print Sea World tickets. The desk clerk gave someone a key to our room and they barged in on my wife, who was alone in our room at 10 PM. The manager did comp one night of our stay, but this room should have never been sold at full price and there should have been ample notice it was under renovations and the proper amenities were not available.

Booked our stay without being informed in any way that the hotel was under construction. We had no access to anything other than a makeshift lobby and a tiny hallway for every guest to get in an out of. There were no trash cans in our room, no bibles, things to do guide, or do not disturb signs. We were woken up every morning of our 3 night stay to very loud construction noises and drilling into the room above us and next to us. We just wanted to get away for one weekend and we couldn't even relax in a pool or sleep in. Not to mention the sketchy parking lot and no discount for not having access to anything the hotel had to offer. Very upset and disappointed with our stay. Wish we would have been informed.

Booked hotel through Expedia. Hotel was under construction no outdoor area no pool. Because it was 4th of july we couldn't find any other location to stay ANYWHERE. there was no mention of the construction on the website. No reduction of price was offered. The construction started very early every day. 7am usually. The spring loaded doors on all the rooms around like thunder when closed. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping the guest. When we checked in we waited 10 minutes as the front desk clerk just walked away. When we complained about the noise the employees seemed like it was a bother for them just to listen. Needless to say if you're smart you will look ANYWHERE else for a hotel in san antonio. Bring your own toilet paper it wasn't restocked in 4 days. What a shame we work so hard for our money just to spend it on bad service. One good point... the coffee was awesome.

Never again!!! I booked this room due to photos on line and because of the name Wyndham. It was the worst experience ever!!! I understand there was remodeling going on the main floor but the rooms,hallways disgusting!!!! The first room had urine stain on the inside of the toilet,shower surround had moldy,yellow disgusting look! I called service desk and was given a different room,not much difference in appearance! At around 430am in the morning an alarm went off telling us we had to evacuate the building,to use stairs. We were on the 6th floor!!!! I had my 4yr grandchild that was horrified! Plus with my health condition,no way i was going to go down stairs! We grabbed the room phone,which had no cord! Was not connected. I decided i was not going to go thru stairs,not knowing if it was a true fire or what was going on! Very very disappointed besides being so upset.

Great hotel with amazing staff. It was quiet, clean and a great price. The staff was courteous and treated us like family. They made sure we had everything we needed and didn't even seem to care they were working on Christmas Eve! Would stay there again and again
