Also collins night time employee at front desk is excellent worker so is areka they work in fear they are very scared of being nice to customers because they said the lady Manager would be mean if they are way to nice that's not customer service. There was never coffee really I would go to laundry and people would be smoking pot and cigarette in laundry room when the weather was bad outside that's not professional some where employees of company hanging with guest. The rooms where ok but cleaning could of been much better the lady manager needs to be trained much better to treat guess and employees that's why you should not let them live there and work because you do not no when there working or not when you seem them she tries to avoid you in her defense maybe she's not working then and her boyfriend lives there and ends of getting involved with the problem that should be a no that's a law suit waiting to happen for your hotel. To the upper management you might not care you lost a lot of money because my company had a large project company up in the area of redmond we where gonna rent 11-22 rooms for a year come summer but you where chasing pennies instead of if I had to guest maybe 300000 your lost.
