“Hotel location is great. However, customer service is a negative 5 stars. This is suppose to be the top.of the line Ascend for Choice. Stayed here July 3rd.Receptionist at check in was rude beyond belief, didn't care if you stayed there or not. Bill board up stating the breakfast line is closed unr.further notice and house keeping will try and get to you if you Ned something. These things should be known upfront before booking or the price should be reduced. Rooms aren't cleaned well, and the towelsare so worn they need to be replaced. I will never stay at this property again and.im.a platinum member. Ask to check out an hour later was told no, that's also a benefit for being a platinum member. So basically at this property you will be treated rudely, no Breakfast, room service if your lucky, don't ask to use your benefits as a member at a premium price.”
