Valor elevadíssimo por quartos que não correspondem a um hotel de 4 estrelas. Nem 3 estrelas! São quartos antiquados, com alcatifa velha, com odor e manchas. A casa de banho necessita de ser renovada. A torneira do duche não permite ajustar a pressão, não é eficaz nem eficiente. Na zona do duche pinga água da grelha superior... Dos piores quartos onde já estive.

Fomos tratados tão mal aqui hoje. Descubra sua política de hóspedes Westin. Decepcionado por ter que dar a vocês duas estrelas. Queríamos ter uma reunião de família com dois de seus convidados. Disseram-nos que podíamos estacionar e, em seguida, pagamos pelo estacionamento. Nós não entramos furtivamente, apenas queríamos desfrutar da sua piscina com a nossa família. Tentamos adicionar nossos convidados como nos disseram que conseguiríamos, mas quando seus guardas de segurança foram embora, nossa recepção nos disse que só poderíamos adicionar dois convidados. Eu não ia dizer à vovó e ao vovô que eles não poderiam ficar, então decidimos ir embora. Seus seguranças se esforçaram para nos acomodar, mas fomos jogados sob o ônibus pela sua recepção. Tão frustrante e constrangedor. Além disso, era o aniversário do meu filho e me disseram que não poderia falar com o seu gerente, foi uma exibição confusa e embaraçosa da sua equipe. Nós não iremos regressar.

Este é um resort 4 estrelas muito agradável. Fomos capazes de fazer um upgrade por $ 80 a mais por noite, o que valeu totalmente a pena para obter uma vista para o mar com adorável pôr do sol. Nosso quarto era basicamente um quarto de hotel com uma varanda agradável. Os restaurantes são bons, é difícil conseguir uma reserva, então reserve com semanas de antecedência. Há um shopping ao ar livre agradável ao lado, com algumas opções de refeições também. Há um Starbucks no local- ótimo para o seu café da manhã. O mergulho foi a 5 minutos a pé da praia e foi muito bom. As piscinas eram boas, a água estava fria na maioria. Há uma bela banheira de hidromassagem. Ficamos um pouco desapontados com o fato de que havia uma taxa para configurações de praia, aproximadamente US $ 85 para 2 cadeiras e um guarda-sol para o dia! O equipamento é fornecido por uma empresa diferente da Marriott. Ao todo um lugar agradável.

Deixe-me dizer-lhe que este é de longe um dos melhores resorts em que já me hospedei. Este resort será sempre a nossa escolha sempre que vamos para o Havaí. Equipe muito simpática, excelente atendimento ao cliente, localização excepcional e resort muito conveniente. Os restaurantes são ótimos, a poucos minutos a pé do shopping ao ar livre baleeiro. Fizemos mergulho com snorkel e parapente, e os locais de coleta foram ao lado do resort. Você sai do seu quarto e, em um minuto, está perto dos locais de coleta para essas atividades. Grandes piscinas e belas vibrações. O check-in e o check-out são rápidos. O hotel é bem administrado e espero que continue assim porque não vou ficar em nenhum outro hotel, exceto este. No geral, obrigado Westin por tornar nossas férias inesquecíveis.

Eu só fiquei aqui por uma noite, mas antes de eu ficar no Marriott alguns hotéis para baixo. O Westin é um ótimo hotel para ficar. Os quartos são agradáveis e limpos, os restaurantes são ótimos, e a melhor parte foi a piscina. Ter o toboágua tornou mais divertido para as crianças, e ter a área para adultos é ótimo. Porém, a piscina principal é incrível, é congelante. Também ter a praia super perto a torna ainda melhor. E! Este é um hotel super exclusivo porque eles têm papagaios que você não veria em nenhum outro lugar. Estou ansioso para voltar aqui quando visitar Maui. Excelente trabalho Westin!

Westin is usually our go to hotel, but this was not. The ocean tower if you’re not in a king - you’re in full beds (tiny), in a tiny outdated room. It was miserable with a family of 4. Also no way to upgrade because the price was outrageous and we are elite gold members. Pools are beautiful, but freezing they are not heated.. Kids are not allowed in any hot tubs as well. Other hotels nearby do allow kids in hot tubs and have heated pools. Grounds and location are nice but we will not be staying there next time.

This is a very nice 4 star resort. We were able to upgrade for $80 more a night, which was totally worth it to get an ocean view with lovely sunsets. Our room was basically a hotel room with a nice lanai. The restaurants are good, hard to get a reservation at some so book weeks in advance.There is a nice open air mall next door with a few eating options as well. There is a Starbucks onsite- great for your morning coffee. Snorkeling was a 5 minute walk down the beach and was quite good. The pools were nice, the water was cold in most. There is a nice hot tub. We were a little disappointed that there was a fee for beach set ups, approximately $85 for 2 chairs and an umbrella for the day! The equipment is provided by a different company than Marriott. All in all a nice place.

Let me tell you that this is by far one of the best resorts I have stayed. This resort will always be our choice whenever we go to Hawaii. Very friendly staff, excellent customer service, outstanding location, and very convenient resort. Restaurants are great, minutes away by foot from whalers outdoor mall. We did snorkeling and parasailing, and the pickup locations were right by the resort. You leave your room, and within a minute, you are by the pickup locations for those activities. Great pools and beautiful vibes. Check-in and check-out are fast. The hotel is well managed and I hope it stays like this cause I’m not staying at any other hotels except this one. Overall thank thank you Westin for making our vacation unforgettable.

Great beach property. Rooms, though small, have great views. Restaurants, bars, & pools are very accommodating. Concierge services are very helpful. Front desk/ check in/out services leave a lot to be desired; it's best to get in writing whatever they tell you or offer you.

I only stayed here for a night, but before I was staying at the Marriott a couple hotels down. The Westin is a great hotel to stay at. The rooms are nice and clean, restaurants are great, and the best part was the pool. Having the water slide made it more fun for kids, and having the adult area is great. Though, the main pool is amazing, it is freezing. Also having the beach super close makes it better. AND! This is a super unique hotel because they have parrots which you wouldn’t see anywhere else. I look forward to coming back here when I visit Maui. Great job Westin!

Did the honeymoon thing here - amazing time! Beautiful grounds with cool birds and great access to beach, snorkle, SUP board, etc. We got an extended lanai patio which was a nice touch but only used it for drinks and hanging. Did a few cabana days - recommend booking Cabana early with beach view but don't get a beach Cabana get one by the pools facing the beach (more spacious and good vibes). Restaurants on site were all greatWe loved the Lanai so I would definitely recommend getting access to that. The tower is nicer and the lanai has really nice perks. Fun drinks and u never have to wait and the breakfast and dinner complimentary food is excellent. You can get a massive breakfast there with tropical fruits, etc and coffee / juice. At night they would usually have a delicious seafood (scallops, lobster Mac, poke etc). Nice drinks at the bar!

The location of the property is great, that’s why we come back. The upgrades they made to the place is also nice. The room we stayed in had good views…great place to watch the sunset. Other than that, the service is meh especially at the check-in desk. We’ve stayed at other properties in Maui that has far better service and hospitality as soon as you enter. Here, all I hear is loud music as I come in so we struggle to understand what they’re telling us as we’re checking in—probably get rid of that especially when there’s a barrier and mask we all have to yell through. The management needs to be better. Even with the upgrades, the property is pretty ran down, especially by the pool. They ask you to pay extra to sit in the nicer areas and they’re tattered and broken. Not taken care of… also they say you have the cabana until 5 but stop servicing you at 4…what’s the point of paying the extra money to be serviced and not be there for an hour that the guest is there? If you can help it, stay at another property. I know we’ll be doing that next time.

What an amazing week, and experience staying at the Westin. It has been a tough transition to be home and not waking up going down to the Lanai. Would definitely recommend staying at the Westin if going to Maui. Room service was great, everyone was willing to help you, and give advice on anything you had a question on. I would also recommend upgrading to have access to the Lanai with the food, and drinks, as well as the wonderful people working at the Lanai. Specifically Todd, he works in the Lanai, and is amazing - he is a 11/10 person, and the only wish our family has is if we could see Todd more often, as well as call him and grab a drink with him.

One of the best hotels in the Kaanapali beach area. They might not be the biggest, but don’t let that discourage you. Their service is top notch, rooms and common areas are well maintained. They even have a “hospitality room” which serves as a place to rest for a few minutes, or take a quick shower after you have already checked out. I will definitely consider staying here again. The decor on the inside of the rooms could be better.

Our room was adequate for the two of us although it overlooked the parking lot. The pools were nice, as was beach access. The only breakfast access though was a 32$ buffet. We are not ones who eat a ton in the morning. The coffee shop only had drip coffee, and we once tried the breakfast sandwich. It was in a warmer like a mini mart, and after opening we didn’t even try. The only restaurant open is closed on Tu, Th and Sunday nights. The dinner wasn’t a big deal, but lack of breakfast was a inconvenience. The other thing I noticed daily is that if you didn’t use the valet park the attendants wouldn’t even look at you or welcome you back. We have a disability parking pass so we came in daily by the valet park. Tonight I was blocked by a car in front of me, and the valet driver kept honking at me. It wasn’t a warm friendly vibe.

First what’s good: the newly remodeled rooms, though small, are well thought out. Significant family friendly areas, including a water slide for kids. Staff is friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Great restaurants in the area. The bad: the renovation (mentioned by others in countless reviews here). The pool is constantly recycling water through waterfalls, so if you’re looking for a relaxing environment where you can hear the waves at night, you’ll be disappointed. Some rooms lacking views, as opposed to other Marriott resorts in the island. Overall, this resort has a place for a family or convention guest, but if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, try somewhere else.

We were here 4 years ago. Had a wonderful time! We'd come with friends. And everyone had a great time! The rooms were nice. And the beds were very comfortable! The resort was very nice. Beautiful!

Excelente lugar toda la zona de resorts esta comunicada y cuentan con un centro comercial y varios restaurantes.... en el hotel las habitaciones estan de lujo... la comida es muy buena y el servicio excelente... las instalaciones en general estan para disfrutarse ... la alberca o albercas espectaculares

Estan de obras: acabando un edificio, construyendo un aparcamiento y renovando el Lobby, por lo cual, las vistas no son agradables y para moverte dentro del Hotel entre los servicios hay que hacer maravillas.
