The hotel was nice. Slept well. However I was extremely disappointed with the service at the front desk. I was supposed to have a two night stay, however I had a serious emergency at home in Florida and had to leave a day early. The front desk would not credit me the day I would not be there. Nadia ( the manager) was extremely rude and even gave me a bogus corporate number which lead to a pest control company. She constantly gave me the run around. I would never book with this entity again. It’s all about the principal. If one of them had an emergency, they would want their partial refund back and extend some grace. Nadia was so truly a piece of work.

Staff very unhelpful. Asked for wake up call for an appointment and they failed to call...very inconvenient! Front desk person very "huffy" when we inquired about getting replacement coffee for in room machine on second morning of our stay. ( No housekeeping service during week days.) Unauthorized handicap space parking permitted for the few truly accessible spots available. Parking lot gate not set accurately for free hotel parking. Demanded credit card and then would not accept it. Other guests had to tell each other how to get out of lot. Very old hotel. 11th floor hall carpeting had holes and rips in it. Not a pleasant Marriott experience on the whole.

I stayed at this hotel four days to attend a private duty home care empowerment conference. There is ample parking covered and uncovered along with a Tesla charging station. At first glance the hotel is very clean. There is a doorman, ATM, and the Savor bar and kitchen that serves Starbucks beverages and pastries The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. The conference rooms are of varying sizes. The largest conference room was used one night for a white party for 300+ attendees. The grounds host outdoor seating with a small lake and entertainment area. The rooms were nice and the beds are very comfortable. I gave four stars because I noticed stains on the comforter and the curtains. The toilet paper holder was not secured to the wall. Also the TV channels were pixilated each day of my stay with no storms in the area.

After a not so great experience at a another Atlanta area Marriott property, happy to say that this is a very nice hotel. Had breakfast and dinner at Savor, and both were great. Rooms are clean and (despite being in a hotel at the intersection of two interstates) quiet. Only minor complaint is that the mattresses are a bit soft. Also, the pool area is currently closed / under construction.

They charged my card for the Savor Bar and Grill when I never went there. I was told that I wouldn't be charged and it was a mistake. Charge showed up on my bill. Called accounting and they said it would be fixed. Update* someone has called me back finally and is looking into the issue. Still to be seen if I actually get my money back. Update* I did get refunded the bogus charge. It took a long time and was unnecessarily tedious. If it hadn't been charged to my company card I would have never followed through because it took about 10 hours total of my time to get $40 back.
