We stayed at Pavilions and really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Everything felt very clean and well maintained. One thing I would suggest could be improved is the shuttle service frequency. The resort is quite far away from the main bang Tao area or the beach and the shuttle runs a few times a day but not into evening and certainly not as regularly as we experienced in other hotels we have stayed in far from other amenities. We ended up taking many taxis. Otherwise our experience at The Pavilions was great.

We stayed 4 nights in a suite and were very happy with the room and the resort overall. The suite had 2 bathrooms and a living room. It didn't have much of a view but we could see lots of trees through the windows. The amenities were pretty good and the only thing I missed was an iron. The breakfast was served in the restaurant by the pool; it was very good with nice variety of hot and cold dishes and lots of fresh fruit and juices. The best part of the resort was probably the staff; they were very nice and took care of the guests very well. For instance, when going to the beach, the hotel staff booked a shuttle for us and then before our trip offered us drinking water and beach towels. The driver was extremely polite too. They drive guests around the resort in mini buggies which is very nice as the resort is located on a hilly area and it's hard to walk even short distances in the heat.

Really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Easy to get too, clean and extremely friendly staff. A very relaxing atmosphere, nothing was ever too difficult to arrange. A special thank you to Louise who was absolutely fantastic, greeting guests each morning at breakfast with a smile and ensuring all guests were comfortable. A shout out to Alex who greeted us on arrival and left a great impression with me, his English was outstanding and knowledge of Phuket and what's on offer was great information. A wonderful holiday destination.

I stayed at the Pavillions for two nights with my boyfriend. Overall the service and breakfast buffet was excellent and the rooms were huge but could use a bit of TLC. Room: 7/10 - The rooms were huge, with a large sitting area and 2 washrooms. There were 2 air conditioning units because the room was so large but the room was still muggy and had a slight mould smell. Food: Breakfast buffet was 10/10, a lot of variety, beautiful presentation, food was fresh and delicious and there were no flies anywhere (unlike the other resort buffets we had on the islands). One of the top breakfast buffets we had in Thailand, and we had a lot! Service: 10/10 - Seamless and quick check in process, 24x7 buggy service and friendly staff everywhere. The resort even has an app where they respond to you instantly on live chat and you can see what's going on in the resort and dining menus. Loved it. Location: 8/10 - Secluded location but the resort offers shuttle service to the beach multiple times a day. I recommended this resort for families and couples who want to get away for some R&R. The resort pool was huge and super clean.

My wife and I stayed at the Pavilions Phuket for our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Our villa was beautiful, clean, and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. We also had easy access to the beach via a free shuttle. On top of the beautiful setting, the staff were incredible. They were instantly responsive to our every need, flexible whenever we needed them to be, and consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make sure things went perfectly. One highlight of our stay was the food at their restaurant, Firefly. The breakfasts were amazing with a wide array of curries, fresh juices, champagne, pastries, you name it. Lunches and dinner were also impressive and the excellent service there was consistent with our overall experience. One item of note is my wife had some allergy constraints (nuts, green peas) that the staff were always conscious of. All of the staff magically knew of her allergies on sight and helped ensure she had no exposure. We took advantage of the “Curated Journey,” where the staff would plan experiences/expeditions for you each day and we’re so glad we did it. The staff took care of all the logistics with transportation and booking, even taking requests when we saw something of interest. Some of the activities we enjoyed included a boat/canoe tour of the nearby islands, a floating breakfast in our private pool, a half-day with elephants at a nearby sanctuary, a spa treatment, a champagne brunch on the beach, a city tour with our own Pavilions driver to take us around town, and a sunset barbecue at our villa. On top of this, we received amazing daily massages that the organizers were able to coordinate around. We were amazed at how much we were able to experience in so little time with their help! Overall, the Pavilions is a perfect option for a traveler hoping to experience Thailand from the luxury of a 5-star resort. For a very reasonable price, you get the experience of a lifetime from some of the kindest people you will ever meet.

We stayed in a pool and spa villa and it was amazing. So luxurious. The service and little touches the pavilions added were exceptional. I would go back and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful full service luxury getaway.

One of the best resorts in Phuket. It's far from Paying beach and other main tourist spots. Must stay here if looking for peace and tranquility. Service is beyond excellent.

We had an amazing time and can't wait too go back. The staff are superb and very helpful. Nothing is a problem for them. We stayed in a Spa villa number 22. It was fantastic! It had so much room. We Loved the private pool. You are not overlooked and tucked away in your own private hideaway. The food at Plantation was fabulous. There is a great choice of food for breakfast at Firefly. Make sure you grab a cocktail at 360 and watch the sunset, but use insect repellent if like me your are prone to bites. We certainly can't wait to get back there. It's an amazing venue and you can get a room with fabulous facilities including a pool for a good price if you keep an eye on sales. Can be a bit remote for repeat casual day trips. Super friendly staff and great food. Thanks!

We stayed at the penthouse villa for 2 days. Everything is great. Staff is helpful. The food is delicious. The place is Modernly decorated ( except for the in-house iPod which reminds me of the good old days when Steve Jobs was here) Only disadvantage is that while it is close to the airport. It is quite far from both Patong beach and Phuket downtown.
