“The staff in the Lobby is very nice. Cleanliness in the rooms, on the other hand, not so good: -never cleaned AC (picture attached) -not cleaned mirrors -price tags lying on the floor (I should assume that no one was vacuuming, too?) -cigar and matches left on the balcony Also: -light in one room not working”

“Our stay was wonderful. Online check in was a breeze. They had all of our requests executed before arrival and the staff was helpful, friendly and quick to get us what we needed. We had a one bedroom suite and having the kitchen area with kids in tow was awesome. Hotel is small and amenities simple, but it’s all we needed and the location is prime. We will be back!”
