O serviço é ótimo e a maioria dos trabalhadores são muito gentis. Meu problema aqui é com a gestão e reserva do Hard Rock Hotel em Davos. Eu ouvi que as artistas mulheres são tratadas de forma secundária e até mesmo desrespeitadas pelos bookers, portanto, quase nenhuma artista feminina toca lá. É claro que a marca Hard Rock Hotel, como todos sabemos, tem pouco ou nada a ver com a música atual, então minha reclamação deve parecer irrelevante para você. Certamente, o Hard Rock Hotel em Davos também está e os artistas tocam lá apenas pelo dinheiro e pelo spa grátis. Não vou mencionar a causa da comida que basicamente obtemos sobras frias. Eu sugiro que você substitua seus corretores atuais por pessoas dispostas a trabalhar e se comunicar em um nível profissional.P.S. músicos dormem no Spengler's Inn ao lado - pensei em mencionar isso porque irei avaliar as condições desses quartos.

Os quartos são bons, aqueles com varanda, aqueles sem algo pequeno. O buffet de pequeno-almoço é excelente. Comer e beber é caro. 10sfr para en Lutz 👎 então havia apenas o primeiro e o último, em vez de três, quatro

The Service is great and most workers are very kind. My issue here is with the management and booking with in the Hard Rock Hotel in Davos. I hear female artists are treated very secondary and even disrespected by the bookers, hence barely any female artists play there. The Hard Rock Hotel Brand ofcourse, as we all know, has little to nothing to do with actual music nowadays so my complaint must seem irrelevant to you. By all means, so is the Hard Rock Hotel in Davos and the only reason artists play there is for the money and the free spa. I will not mention the food cause we basically get cold leftovers. I suggest you replace your current bookers with people willing to work and communicate on a professional level.P.S. musicians sleep in the Spengler's Inn next door - thought i'd mention that as i will be rating the conditions of those rooms.

Se hospedado por cinco dias e quatro noites, e absolutamente Entes nossa experiência. Fora da temporada, era tranquilo, embora os funcionários ainda estivessem presentes sempre que precisávamos deles.Spa foi o destaque de nossa estadia. Totalmente equipado e com um jacuzzi que realmente impressionou. Spa em todo foi limpo e arrumado. Também tivemos as massagens que foram excelentes - tão relaxantes de fato que meu parceiro até adormeceu! Ela também fez pedicure e a menina a deixou muito confortável.Para o bar e restaurante, o álcool era bom. Coquetéis bem feitos. Também os chocolates quentes eram bons. No restaurante, eu definitivamente comeria os nachos novamente!Para o café da manhã, gostaria de destacar que os ovos mexidos eram bem horríveis. Provei azedo. O pão fatiado também não estava de acordo com o padrão - estava frio na apresentação, o que me faz supor que foi descongelado naquela manhã. Embora tudo o mais, como presunto, queijos, doces, etc., tudo bem para o café da manhã de cortesia.Por fim, o quarto era ótimo, com muito espaço, bom chuveiro e todas as comodidades de que você precisa. Loções corporais, shampoo, etc., todos fornecidos incl. um secador de cabelo, o que foi ótimo. Uma outra coisa a destacar, porém, é que o quarto estava muito seco. Ele se beneficiaria de um umidificador de ar.No geral, realmente uma ótima experiência e com certeza gostaria de voltar. Obrigado

Me alojé por cinco días y cuatro noches, y nos encantó nuestra experiencia. Fuera de temporada, estaba tranquilo, aunque el personal todavía estaba presente cuando lo necesitábamos.Spa fue lo más destacado de nuestra estancia. Totalmente equipado y con un jacuzzi que realmente impresionó. El spa estaba limpio y ordenado. También tuvimos los masajes que fueron geniales, ¡tan relajantes de hecho que mi pareja incluso se quedó dormida! También se hizo una pedicura y la niña la hizo sentir muy cómoda.Para el bar y el restaurante, el alcohol era bueno. Cócteles bien hechos. También los bombones calientes estaban bien. En el restaurante, ¡definitivamente volvería a comer los nachos!Para el desayuno destacaría que los huevos revueltos eran bastante horribles. Sabía agrio. El pan rebanado tampoco estaba a la altura: estaba frío en la presentación, lo que me hace suponer que estaba descongelado esa mañana. Aunque todo lo demás, como el jamón, quesos, pasteles, etc. estaban bien para el desayuno gratis.Por último, la habitación era estupenda, tenía mucho espacio, una ducha agradable y todas las comodidades que necesitas. Lociones corporales, champú, etc., todo incluido, incluido. un secador de pelo, lo cual fue genial. Sin embargo, otra cosa a destacar fue que la habitación estaba muy seca. Se beneficiaría de un humidificador de aire.En general, fue una experiencia fantástica y sin duda volvería de nuevo. Gracias

Stayed for five days and four nights, and absolutely loved our experience. Off-season it was quiet though the staff were still all present whenever we needed them. Spa was the highlight of our stay. Fully equipped and with a jacuzzi that really impressed. Spa throughout was clean and tidy. We also had the massages which were great - so relaxing in fact that my partner even fell asleep! She also had a pedicure and the girl made her feel really comfortable. For the bar and restaurant, the alcohol was good. Well-made cocktails. Also the hot chocolates were nice. In the restaurant, I would definitely have the nachos again! For breakfast I would highlight that the scrambled eggs were pretty awful. Tasted sour. The sliced bread too wasn’t up to standard - was cold on presentation which makes me assume that it was unfrozen that morning. Though everything else, such as the ham, cheeses, pastries etc. were all fine for free breakfast. Lastly, room was great with plenty space, nice shower and had all the amenities you’d need. Body lotions, shampoo etc. all provided incl. a hairdryer as well which was great. One other thing to highlight however was that the room was really dry. It would benefit from a air humidifier. Overall, a really great experience and would definitely return again. Thanks

Super bien! Creo que fue un gran fin de semana, tanto de las instalaciones como el STAFF super amables en todo momento y super profecionales gracias al front desk, las personas del Bar con Gregory y en el restaurante super cool! Claro que vamos a volver gracias por todo sigan asi!

Nice hotel in the middle of Davos with a beautifull rooftop terrace. Restaurant is good, as expected with a Hard Rock hotel. They allow dogs at extra charge and supply a welcome package for them. Standard room is on the small side for me so next time I'll go for another room.

O quarto era muito bom e a recepção muito prestativa, mas não posso dizer que tenha ficado maravilhado, provavelmente as minhas expectativas eram maiores. A área de spa era grande o suficiente, com água bastante fria na piscina. O café da manhã estava com boa qualidade e variedade de frios, mas o Hotel deveria aprimorar a receita de ovo mexido, que não se comia junto com o bacon.

Anticipated a cheesy/tacky decor but was pleasantly surprised. Very tastefully designed. The rooms are spacious, with the swinging chair on the balcony as a lovely touch. Breakfast had everything you need, from pancakes to salmon and eggs to order. One thing to note is the walk to the spa from the hotel (via under tunnel) is quite long, but not a negative.

Great: Spa and location and atmosphere; Very good: Decor of room; Balcony with nice hanging chair; bath and location. Good: Pet friendly Don't bother with: Restaurant - really not worth the charged prices and you will get up hungry. Cold fries with the burger, tiny portions. Saving money on the food?? No idea. Annoying: You no longer get omelette for breakfast. Unless you pay 6CHF that is. it's anything that requires service that's no longer available and this is very disappointing. I don't get it, there seemed to be staff around. In total: Great hotel, fantastic spa. - eat anywhere else in Davos.

The room was very good and the reception was very helpful, but I cannot say that I was overwhelmed, probably I had bigger expectations. Spa area was big enough with quite cold water in the pool. Breakfast was with a good quality and variety of cold cuts, but the Hotel should improve the recipe of scrambled egg, which were uneatable together with the bacon.

Hotel placed in historical building in Davos. Nice ambient, restaurant and really nice terrace. They have wonderful meeting room! What is really amazing - old chapel which is used for events - look at photos. Rooms are a little bit too small - if you will stay in 2 persons in winter and have skiing clothes...

First Time in a Hard Rock Hotel ever. Only know their Cafe (which I LOVE BTW). The welcome was nice and warm and when I came into my room I had birthday wishes all over 🥰🥰🥰 HRH Rox!! I'm just missing the Guitar in my room, which you see on every picture everywhere 😥 On the (spacious) balconies are nice and comfy chairs, the bed is cozy, the bathroom nice and clean. I'll check out the Restaurant and Bar later. ...and the Rock Shop (yes, they have one 🥰🥰)

Hotel remodelado la docoracion y el estilo muy acojedor cada detalle bien cuidado,las habitaciones muy amplia esta muy bien ymuy completo,lo malo que dentra mucha claridad en la madrugada en la habitacion lo unico que podrian mejorar, el restotodo muy bien como el desayuno muy completo, personal muy agradable muy educados.,recomiendo

Conozco muchos Hard Rock por el mundo. Aquí me sorprendió saber que el Hotel lleva la categoría de Hard Rock, pero la cafetería es independiente, la carta escasa, nada que ver con los cafes a los que estamos habituados. La tienda también está mal abastecida, yo colecciono vasos de chupito y el que lleva motivos del sitio está pedido desde agosto y aún no ha llegado.

Hotel de la cadena Hard Rock que cuenta también con tienda donde puedes comprar sus famosas camisetas y otros accesorios con el logo de Hard Rock, eso sí, es algo pequeña y cuesta un poco encontrarla.

We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday and had a great few days. It didn’t start well when we pulled up after a mammoth drive as there was substantial building work going on in the plot adjacent to the hotel. However, the friendly receptionist, balloons in our room, along with a handwritten celebratory message on the mirror-doored wardrobes soon put that to the back of our minds. The DJ on the 5th floor had his music falling down the stairways and into the corridors, which helped create a good atmosphere. If that puts you off, don’t worry! As soon as the door to our room was closed, we couldn’t hear it at all!. We had a balcony which looked out over the slightly disappointing town rooftops and onto the beautiful fir-covered mountains. The included breakfast was excellent and catered for just about every taste. The spa is also excellent and we pretty much had it to ourselves! The in-room entertainment is great, the beds are comfortable and the shower is exquisite! Also, for the first time ever, the room had a mirror next to a plug socket, with a chair that gave a perfect view into the mirror and good lighting, which pleased my wife! The free local transport ticket was an added bonus, which we took full advantage of by using the various funiculars, cable cars and buses. We also used it to get a free trip on the historic steam train!
