Really liked this hotel, it was nice, clean, surrounded by spectacular nature, had a great breakfast, and several amenities. They helped us out with transportation and organized covid tests necessary to travel back to our country. The only cons pertain to some weird stuff in the villas. It took quite a bit for the hot water to come out, our tv remote refused to work, and you need to keep your room card in a slot for the main lights to function, which was pretty annoying at times. Besides for that, would definitely recommend.

Didnt stay at the hotel, went to dinner at the restaurant "Octavos" it was absolutely spectacular, view was outstanding, service was 5 star, highly recommend it, food was delicious, ceviche was great, black fetuccine with mariscos was what i had and it was great also. A little pricey for Colombias standards but well worth it.

The hotel it's very cleaned, the view are stunning and the staff are friendly however I took one star away because the breakfast bar is very disorganized and the food wasn't very good. I ate the entire time outside the food stands of Cuba Pereira are amazing.

Best Hotel in Pereira or probably in the Whole Area around half of Colombia ! This Hotel should be 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ !!!! I’ve been to Hotels but this one is special to me and I will definitely consider of going back there again!.... The only thing is that they need to add more people Speaking English language otherwise everything else was outstanding! Great Food,Service and Hospitality! The Rooms are Phenomenal and Clean ! I need to go to Sonesta again ! THANK YOU AGAIN “SONESTA”HOTEL FOR GIVING ME THE BEST EXPERIENCE !!!

The hotel is really nice. The service is very good. I went with my family and my kids love it. The rooms are very large and comfortable for families. The pool area is very spacious and has a kids splash area. There is always a sun chair or table free so you don’t have to worry about that. The food is a little bit expensive but it is normal for a hotel. The sonesta has also a nice restaurant on the top floor.

No hot water or pressure, broken hot tubs, no pool towels

We stayed here over Semana Santa 2021 and it was totally underwhelming. Our room had zero water pressure and did not have hot water. Eventually we asked why their hotel was out of hot water everyday...
