“The price, the close location to the airport, the free breakfast, room was clean and spacious. The front desk at arrival after midnight was courteous. The staff in the afternoon of 2/13/19 was reluctant to help with a computer not turning to the airline site and later refused to help with the printer that would not print the third boarding pass.”
