“Fiquei hospedado por 1 semana. Ao chegar no hotel o quarto que me colocaram me deparei com a porta do banheiro toda solta, praticamente quase caindo. Solicitei para trocar de quarto e não tinha outro quarto. Tive problema três vezes com meu cartão que não passava na porta para abrir e pelo que pude perceber teve outros hospedes que tiveram o mesmo problema, ou seja, é recorrente. Enfim, administração/gerência tem muito que melhorar para oferecer um conforto melhor e não gerar transtornos.”
