The rooms were ok but it had paint coming off in some places. The food and service was good. The worst part was their air conditioning. It was horrible. The ac control doesn't seem to work. El control de aire acondicionado no parece funcionar. La habitación estaba demasiado fría y estábamos temblando debajo de la manta. Incluso después de cambiar la temperatura a 30 °C, no sentí ningún cambio. Podríamos dormir bien por eso.

We stayed here from 8-10 December 2022. 4 rooms on 7th floor.The service and the hotel stay was terrible1. No housekeeping services on the two days we stayed. No changing of sheets or towels. Room 710 the toilet was leaking and smells. We had to repeatedly call for any service. Apparently there are only 2 ppl for the entire floor for cleaning and they were on leave2. Room was 4500 +taxes. Not worth the price. There are other star hotels but we had to stay there as part of a wedding preparations3. We had to call and ask for complimentary coffee and tea satchets multiple times. They forget the milk satchet or the sugar every time. They did not provide any water also. After asking they provided a kettle.On the plus side the breakfast buffet was good. The buffet manager kept asking if we needed anything and made fresh dosa and omelette for us.Finally not worth the price. Esquecem-se sempre do sachê de leite ou do açúcar. Eles também não forneceram água. Depois de perguntar, eles forneceram uma chaleira.Do lado positivo, o buffet de café da manhã era bom. O gerente do buffet ficava perguntando se precisávamos de alguma coisa e fazia dosa e omelete frescos para nós.Finalmente não vale o preço. Não é um hotel estrela, mas um hotel econômico mal administrado e mantido

In a 4 star hotel wasn't expected this low hygiene compliance. Alugamos espaço na cobertura com comida para uma pequena festa. espaço era bom, mas iluminação e limpeza muito a ser melhorada. A higiene dos talheres era muito ruim. Num hotel de 4 estrelas não se esperava este baixo cumprimento de higiene.

I have stayed previously in 3/4/5 star hotels but this one is the most atrocious. Not worth of even single star. Na recepção, eles pediam para pagar primeiro o valor total da conta. Os quartos não foram preparados e nenhum item de cortesia foi mantido inicialmente, apesar de lembrá-los da minha chegada 4 horas antes. Durante o banho, a água parou e depois de 2 minutos começou. Havia baixa pressão de água no chuveiro do banheiro, como se a água estivesse achando difícil subir todos os 7 andares. Eu queria falar com o gerente, mas ge nunca apareceu. Já me hospedei anteriormente em hotéis 3/4/5 estrelas, mas este é o mais atroz. Não vale nem uma única estrela. Foi muito embaraçoso para mim na frente da minha família, pois eles não esperavam esse tipo de quarto. Muito pobre.

Las habitaciones no estaban preparadas y no se guardaron artículos de cortesía inicialmente a pesar de recordarles mi llegada 4 horas antes. Mientras se bañaba, el agua se detuvo y luego de 2 minutos comenzó. Había poca presión de agua en la ducha del baño, ya que el agua tiene dificultades para subir los 7 pisos. Quería hablar con el gerente pero ge nunca apareció. Me he alojado anteriormente en hoteles de 3/4/5 estrellas, pero este es el más atroz. No vale la pena ni siquiera una sola estrella. Fue muy vergonzoso para mí frente a mi familia, ya que no esperaban este tipo de habitación. Muy pobre.

No hay servicio de limpieza en los dos días que estuvimos. Sin cambio de sábanas ni toallas. Habitación 710, el inodoro goteaba y huele mal. Tuvimos que llamar repetidamente para cualquier servicio. Aparentemente, solo hay 2 personas para limpiar todo el piso y estaban de licencia.2. La habitación costaba 4500 + impuestos. No vale la pena el precio. Hay otros hoteles de estrellas, pero tuvimos que quedarnos allí como parte de los preparativos de una boda.3. Tuvimos que llamar y pedir bolsitas de café y té de cortesía varias veces. Good hotel within a km distance from Salem railway station. Breakfast spread is good, consistent in taste.Price is economical for a 4🌟 rated hotel. Bom hotel a um quilômetro de distância da estação ferroviária de Salem. A propagação do café da manhã é boa, consistente no sabor.O preço é econômico para um hotel com classificação 4🌟.

Risky parking as it is next to LPG cylinders and dump yard. Not sure how it's a 3 star 🤔...!! O pior front office pessoas!! Melhor encontrar uma alternativa. A partir da bolsa de chaves (uma usada), apenas uma toalha fornecida, o ralo do banheiro teve problemas, durante o corte de energia levou mais de alguns minutos para obter backup. Estacionamento arriscado, pois fica ao lado de botijões de GLP e pátio de despejo. Não tenho certeza como é um 3 estrelas 🤔...!!

O comportamento da equipe é agradável. O sabor dos alimentos deve ser melhorado. A área da cobertura com mini piscina e academia é boa. No geral bom hotel.

(+) Estadia confortável com cama macia e travesseiro, Os quartos têm mesa e cadeira para laptop para trabalhar, Fornecido com kits de banheiro de qualidade, A piscina é bem conservada, A qualidade do café da manhã era boa,As salas de descanso podem ser melhor mantidas (-) Não é tão impressionante com o menu do sul da Índia no café da manhã.

Estacionamiento riesgoso ya que está al lado de cilindros de GLP y patio de basura. No estoy seguro de cómo es un 3 estrellas 🤔...!!
