“Fantastic experience! Especially when we called the front desk for service, they addressed us by our namse! The breakfast there was also one of the best among the 5 starts hotels we have stayed, offering a variety of choices including traditional local delights! 10/10 experience! Experiência fantástica! “Had a good experience during check in the staff was courteous which make me feel comfortable. Requested for a king size bed, but given single bed link together, wanted a smoking but was not ready needed to wait for one and a half hour so decided to have none smoking room since I was tired after travelling, while front desk told me they will change my room when the room is available. But nothing happened throughout my stay even though they saw me coming just to smoke frequently. First night room service was poor, food was serve warm and the plate was cold. Food standards was up and down. Only thing that was great was the housekeeping.”
