Because the Horizon Club is not open, the hotel arranges a happy hour in the cafe on the first floor. I only saw very few meals in the cafe. Hotel is amazing, very new and clean at the time of this review. Rooms were very nice and view of the city was great. Bathroom accommodates for a lot, including a bathtub. Room outlets are universal. Services were extremely courteous and can also speak English, though obviously Chinese preferred. Be aware I had to call services to set up an account for the wifi. Other than that, everything was amazing.
