Bom hotel, quarto amplo, bem localizado, excelente atendimento e café da manhã. O estacionamento fica no outro hotel da rede, no lado inverso da quadra.

Estupendo hotel...cama y almohadas estupendas. Ducha excelente. Calentador de agua en la habitación, que para un cafelito o infusión viene muy bien. Entorno silencioso. Muy limpio. Personal de recepción amabilísimo y el rincón de juegos es muy curioso. Para repetir

Hotel situado a 10 m de la estación de tren , recién reformado habitación amplia, hervidor de agua, agua de cortesía. Cama muy cómoda , muy limpio todo. Al lado de la recepción hay una zona de juegos. Personal competente y agradable.

Tranquilidad y confortable. Encantada con mi estancia en este hotel. Los chicos de recepción que me atendieron, José y Loli, fueron muy amables conmigo y me resolvieron todas las dudas que tenía acerca del aparcamiento y zonas donde comer y cenar. La habitación muy amplia y cama muy cómoda. Tengo que volver a Cartagena pronto y ya tengo mi próxima reserva hecha. Lo recomiendo 100%.

We would recommend this hotel. It is modern and clean . Convenient to all the attractions the city has to offer. We went outside for breakfast as there are plenty of restaurants and cafés where you can absorb the local atmosphere . You have to park in a nearby public carpark which was a bit of a nuisance and expensive. A good place to stay for a few nights.

Eu e meu marido saímos de mini-férias, e gostamos muito pela acomodação, pelo excelente tratamento de todos os funcionários. As instâncias do hotel, o conforto de suas camas e a limpeza geral de todo o hotel. A excelente localização, pois fica bem próximo ao centro histórico. No geral, nossa estadia no hotel foi muito agradável e principalmente em Cartagena, cidade para voltar sem falta.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.The room was large and had a very comfortable king sized bed.The hotel is centrally located so it's easy to reach all the things to see and do in Cartagena.The buffet breakfast was excellent, with quite a variety of different food choices.The staff was friendly and helpful. Nós apreciamos completamente a nossa estadia neste hotel. O quarto era grande e tinha uma cama king size muito confortável. O hotel está centralmente localizado, por isso é fácil chegar a todas as coisas para ver e fazer em Cartagena. O buffet de café-da-manhã foi excelente, com bastante variedade de opções de alimentos diferentes. A equipe foi amistosa e atenciosa.

Hotel sencillo, reformado y sin demasiadas pretensiones. Muy tranquilo, sin ruidos. Mobiliario funcional. Buena ubicación cerca del centro, camas cómodas y habitación limpia. La única pega es que las habitaciones dan a un patio interior sin ningún tipo de vistas.

Fuimos mi marido y yo de mini-vacaciones, y nos gustó mucho por el alojamiento, el trato tan excelente de todos los empleados. Las instancias del hotel, la comodidad de sus camas y la limpieza en general de todo el hotel. La ubicación excelente, porqué está muy próximo a el casco histórico. En general muy grata nuestra estancia en el hotel y sobre todo en Cartagena, ciudad para volver sin falta.

The hotel is a 3 star but worthy of 4. It is spotlessly clean with very helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the shower room possibly the cleanest i have seen in any hotel. OK there was no view from the bedroom window, but we didn't come to Cartagena to sit in the room staring out of the window!! I have read comments that neighbouring rooms can be heard through the walls. We didn't notice this and the hotel was fully booked. The breakfast selection is wide, plenty full, varied and should cater for all tastes. Our stay was a weekend during one of Cartagenas' busiest fiestas. We will stay here again. O hotel é um 3 estrelas, mas digno de 4. É impecavelmente limpo com funcionários muito prestativos. Os quartos são espaçosos, as camas confortáveis e o chuveiro possivelmente o mais limpo que já vi em qualquer hotel. OK, não havia vista da janela do quarto, mas não viemos a Cartagena para sentar no quarto olhando pela janela! Eu li comentários de que os quartos vizinhos podem ser ouvidos através das paredes. Nós não notamos isso e o hotel estava lotado. A seleção de café da manhã é ampla, bastante completa, variada e deve atender a todos os gostos. Nossa estadia foi um fim de semana durante uma das festas mais movimentadas de Cartagena. Vamos ficar aqui novamente.

El pasado martes , tras un rato pensadodonde poder alojarnos tuvimos la suerte de encontrar una habitación disponible en este maravilloso Hotel.Las instalaciones muy céntricas, el personal muy amable y la habitación muy limpia. Aparte destacar el trato esmerado, atento, y muy involucrado del recepcionista Jesús, nos ayudó a encontrar los mejores sitios que visitar en esta agradable ciudad a la vez que nos brindó y abrió las puertas de todos los servicios de este gran Hotel. Sin duda repetirse con ellos la próxima vez en esta ciudad.

Polite and helpful staff! I stayed for quite some time so I got to know Loli, Francisco, Jesús and Mariano at the reception and they were always really kind. The only reason I give 4 stars is because during the morning hours the inner area where my window was looking at was a bit noisy with the restaurant and their plates, but then again, I am very sensitive to noise and stayed there for 4 weeks. For most people I think this would not be not a big deal :) thank you again for your service!

Reservamos um triplo que na verdade não é. Enorme cama de casal confortável, a terceira cama um pouco sacrificada para o quarto. Banheiro aconchegante, mas para ser melhorado ... recepcionistas acolhedores, mas como é um hotel internacional e não falamos espanhol .... Inglês seria uma obrigação ... mas este não é o caso aqui. Limpo, café da manhã no garçom superior muito útil ..... para melhorar, mas no geral ok

Ha sido una experiencia muy grata. La habitación,amplia,limpia,moderna,muy acogedora. El detalle del hervidor para las infusiones me ha encantado.Las instalaciones modernas y muy limpias. El desayuno muy variado y todo riquísimo. Sin duda,repetiría.

El hotel en general bien, salvo el aire acondicionado. Fuimos a arreglarnos para una boda y el aire no funcionaba, acabamos sin poder arreglarnos en condiciones por el calor horroroso que hacía en la habitación. Deberían asegurar que en todas las habitaciones funcionara el aire acondicionado antes de que llegara el cliente, y más en el mes de Agosto.
