Equipe super simpática, boas instalações e localização perfeita para explorar o bairro incl. piscina, playground, salão de hóquei no gelo, shopping, restaurantes etc. adorei a piscina / banheira de hidromassagem. Fácil acesso, estacionamento, etc. Embora o restaurante do hotel tenha sido fechado devido a precauções de segurança contra uma pandemia, a equipe foi útil em dar recomendações de perto. Como mencionamos que é o aniversário da nossa filha, eles se esforçaram totalmente com presentes e gestos pequenos, mas significativos. Tão legal! Voltaremos com certeza. Obrigado novamente!

Super nice staff, good facilities and perfect location to explore the neighborhood incl. pool, playground, ice hockey hall, mall, restaurants etc. loved the pool/hot tub as well. Easy access, parking etc. Though hotel restaurant was closed due to pandemic safety precautions, staff was helpful in giving close by recommendations. Because we mentioned it’s our daughter’s birthday, they totally went the extra mile with small but meaningful gifts and gestures. So nice! We’ll be back for sure. Thanks again!

Começou comigo não sendo capaz de encontrar o quarto 103, descobri que o quarto ficava ao lado do 119 distante no corredor e não em ordem numérica, o que não era grande coisa, mas ainda assim. O café da manhã é geralmente o melhor, mas ovos mexidos frios e "bacon saudável" que não tinham gosto de nada não eram o que eu desejava. Finalmente: não detectei as manchas amarelas nos lençóis quando fui para a cama quando o quarto estava escuro e eu estava cansado, mas apenas quando acordei e levantei. Avisei a recepção por telefone porque não tive tempo (a caminho do trabalho) e consegui atender no check-out.

Apressado e diminuindo. Quarto com janelas sobre um telhado cheio de ventiladores barulhentos. Roupas de baixo, meias e toalhas velhas levemente descartadas também douravam a vista. Não evitei este lugar, sorte que era o trabalho que pagava.

I received a phone call a few days before our scheduled stay from the front of house manager, apologising that due to an issue, we'd have to be rebooked. She worked with us to come up with options that suited us, and then got us a lovely room with a wonderful surprise on arrival. The rest of the staff have been friendly throughout. I love Scandic anyway, and Upplands Väsby do them proud! Thank you!

Great staff and great place to go to. Staff speak Swedish and English.I stayed for a week in a 2 Person Bedroom. The room has: Ensuite Bathroom with Shower. Iron, Ironing Board and Hair dryer. FACE Shampoo, Body Wash and Hand Wash. Cleaning is on a day to day basis (Best to put out a sign on the door if you want your room cleaned, which is Eco Friendly.) A lot of Storage space. TV with several channels inckuding the disney channel. (3 in English, and the rest are Scandanavian.) Bed lamps and bed lights. Breakfast as a buffet, which gets busy about 8am.I really enjoyed the stay here, and was here for a Convention. I wish the staff all the best, and to stay amazing!
