“Eu estava no hotel para cumprir a quarentena exigida ao entrar na Noruega, a estadia foi fabulosa. O hotel é muito silencioso. O serviço e a comida espetaculares.”
— Alexander Perez
“I've been staying in this hotel for 2 days in quarantine. The most basic necessities that the hotel should provide are sold with money. I can't go down to the lobby because I'm in quarantine, but when there is a problem, no one picks up the phone. I went down to the lobby once and got a bit of a backlash. When I said that I tried to use the phone and no one answered, they said something like yes, because there are a lot of calls. Not every meal arrives on time as promised. I'm pretty hungry right now because they didn't provide either evening meal or breakfast. (We have to get the meals and breakfasts ourselves from the table in the corridor, but they are not on the table) I am new to Norway, so I do not know if other hotels are like this, but normally it is called bad service. Since it is a quarantine hotel, I did not expect much anyway, but this is still a hotel. It was well below my expectations.”
