Estamos 5 dias neste hotel, e desde a recepção até o último funcionário do serviço de quarto tem sido EXCEPCIONAL E INDESCRITÍVEL, temos sido maravilhosos e o tratamento tem sido fantástico por todos absolutamente todos os funcionários do hotel.Juan, vive seu trabalho é maravilhoso e está sempre atento às pessoas e de fazer todas as atividades e que você não fica entediado ... (eu sou os chinelos e minha esposa Íris) e a Maika é maravilhosa atenciosa e super simpática !!!Restaurante .... Carmen, miguel, carlos etc .... vocês são maravilhosos todos perfeitos !!!!!, vamos sentir sua falta pelo menos !!!!!E finalmente Antonio Arcas o salva-vidas (nosso genro predileto), você é um 10 pessoa, maravilhoso atencioso, simpático e divertido ..... estamos esperando por você em Barcelona !!!!!Nós conhecemos pessoas MARAVILHOSAS, vamos voltar com certeza ..... você é ESPETACULAR !!!!!Um grande beijo a todos Iris e Jordi (os chinelos) hahahahaha

El personal muy detallista y encantador. Un gran trato al cliente. Las instalaciones del hotel perfectas y adaptados los servicios tanto de catering continuado durante todo el dia como el de bebida. El animador muy simpatico y agradable. Es un hotel magnifico!

Hemos estado 5 dias en este hotel, y desde recepción hasta el último empleado de servicio de habitaciones ha sido EXCEPCIONAL E INDESCRIPTIBLE, hemos estado de maravilla y el trato ha sido fantastico por parte de todo absolutamente todo el personal del hotel.Juan,vive su trabajo es maravilloso y esta pendiente en todo momento de la gente y de realizar todas las actividades y que no te aburras...( soy el chanclas y mi mujer Iris) y Maika es maravillosa atenta y super agradable!!!Restaurante....Carmen, miguel, carlos etc.... sois maravillosos todo perfecto!!!!!, os echaremos de menoooos!!!!!Y por ultimo Antonio Arcas el socorrista ( nuestro yerno favorito), eres un 10 de persona, maravilloso atento simpatico y divertido.....te esperamos en Barcelona!!!!!Hemos conocido gente MARAVILLOSA volveremos seguro.....sois ESPECTACULARES!!!!!Un beso enormeeeee a tod@s Iris y Jordi ( el chanclas) jajajajajajja

Ubicación excelente. Buen servicio. Personal atento. Animación muy dedicada y activa, aunque los clientes no participen mucho. Productos del todo incluido bastante mejorables.

He disfrutado mucho de mi estancia. Me gustaría agradecer a Alberto de la plancha y al personal del Xaloc por el trato recibido, su amabilidad y profesionalidad así como a Juan por ser capaz de animar hasta el público más difícil. Destacar que el hotel está ubicado en una cala muy bonita. También es cierto que han habido algunas cosas que recomendaría mejorar como la calidad de los alimentos del buffet y la poca adaptabilidad de los horarios al público español, siendo los horarios de comidas, de espectáculos y cierre de piscina muy pronto.

Hotel con personas de carisma, alegres,preparados,cualquier situación que se les presente son capaces de resolverla y habló en general desde los más jóvenes como los de seguridad de la piscina y recepcion,los que quizás eran nuevos en hoteleria tenían muchos deseos de aprender y tenían siempre una sonrisa en los labios y mucha seguridad. Check in- FELICIDADES, son increíbles ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1- mesa BUFET....... INCREÍBLE DESAYUNO,COMIDA Y CENA. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2- Bar TANIT... Café increíble,bueno,trasgos muy buenos,atencion excelente⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3- Bar Piscina..... Bueno,muy atentos todos. 4- Servicio de seguridad y salvavidas,excelente y muy preparados ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5- Restaurante XALOS.... Servicio a mesa indudablemente profesional,increíblemente preparados,cubiertos puestos a la Francesa,comida atrevida,con sabores y decoraciones casi perfectas. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 6- Animador nocturno,listo para trabajar en la animación para cualquier edad,etnia o cultura,espectacular. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 7- limpieza de habitación,señora con buen carácter,trabajaba rápido y bien, no perdi nunca nada y dejaba bien recogido todo ⭐⭐⭐⭐. 8- masaje,muchachas preparadas y de seriedad ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 9- GYM,pequeño pero con lo necesario. Hotel,creó que deberían controlar la temperatura a todos los que llegamos al hotel,por que aunque las medidas de seguridad se cumplen bien por sus trabajadores,los clientes no somos siempre conscientes de la situación con el COVID-19,no creó que sirva hacer un tampón o PCR en tiempo real,pero si que sepan que las medidas sin de vacaciones se deben cumplir: * colocar productos de seguridad como mascarillas y gel higienizante no solo a la llegada sino un día si y uno no, al igual que los jabones que las personas deben lavarse muchas veces al día. * señor al nadar en la piscina con espejuelos de agua,los escupió para ponérselos como es normal,pero NO en estos tiempos. * marcar tumbonas sin que los demás sepan que son de otras personas las toallas y no que las personas piensan que es servicio del hotel. * marcar las tumbonas o camas de la piscina cuando por necesidad el hotel debe poner la separación entre unas y otras y todos queremos estar alrededor de la piscina. * servicio de vasos desechables,para que cuando se usen,botarlos. * área de fumadores, colocar un cenicero en cada mesa,así evitan que un solo cenicero lo tengan que pasar por todas las mesas para no botar los cigarros al piso,ojo esto lo vi todos los días. * ojo a los elevadores,algunos cumplían las medidas,otros NO. Hotel con persone di carisma, allegre, preparate, qualsiasi situazione che capita sul loro modo riescono a risolverla e hanno parlato in generale dai più giovani come quelli della sicurezza e dell'accoglienza della piscina, quelli che forse erano nuovi all'ospitalità avevano tanta voglia di imparare e avevano sempre un sorriso sulle labbra e molta fiducia. Controlla CONGRATULAZIONI, sei incredibile ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1- BUFFET al tavolo ....... COLAZIONE, PRANZO E CENA INCREDIBILI. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2- Bar TANIT ... Incredibile caffè, buono, ottimo folletto, eccellente attenzione⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3- Pool Bar ..... Beh, tutti molto attenti. 4- Servizio di sicurezza e bagnino, eccellente e ben preparato ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5- Ristorante XALOS .... Servizio al tavolo senza dubbio professionale, posate alla francese incredibilmente preparate, cibo audace, con sapori e decorazioni quasi perfetti. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 6- Animatore notturno, pronto a lavorare in animazione per qualsiasi età, etnia o cultura, spettacolare. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 7- pulendo la stanza, signora di buon carattere, ha lavorato velocemente e bene, non ha mai perso nulla e ha lasciato tutto ben raccolto ⭐⭐⭐⭐. 8- massaggio, ragazze preparate e serie ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 9- PALESTRA, piccola ma con quanto necessario. Hotel, creato per consentire a tutti coloro che arrivano in hotel di controllare la temperatura, poiché sebbene le misure di sicurezza siano ben rispettate dai suoi lavoratori, i clienti non sono sempre consapevoli della situazione con il COVID-19, ma non ha creato che sia utile farlo una PCR tampone o real-time, ma se sai che le misure senza ferie devono essere rispettate

Magnífico hotel. 100% recomendable. Hotel con una ubicación excepcional y una cala increíble. Añadir que con el covid19 han sabido adaptarse y está todo desinfectado y muy limpio. Gracias a este hotel nuestro viaje a Ibiza fue muy agradable.

The furniture quality and room arrangement rather measures up to a 2 star hotel. The windows and doors are not soundproof and it’s very noise. We booked a superior room and it did not meet the expectations at all. Given the good reviews and high quality pictures I feel almost that there has been a rather shady marketing activity been launched to give the hotel a better appearance. Feels like we have been scammed.

This is a lovely place with nice staff and a lovely beach. There are free activities every day -- yoga, walks, exercise classes, music, etc. The breakfast is great. I did not stay after the first night only because I was interested in something less modern. The manager who helped me with a refund was extremely helpful (an English woman working on Sunday, 26 July, 2020 at 4:00 pm).

really clean and quiet place with great pool, and hot tub . Food was great and the beach nice and clean. Juan the entertainment manager was great and full of enthusiasm and very helpful . A good place to chill out

Sitting at home in quarantine reminiscing about the holiday I had here last October. Weather was a bit on/off but honestly never really noticed as we were having too much fun with the staff/other guests. The free dinner we had in the A La Carte restaurant is easily in the top 5 best meals I have had. Such a beautiful location as well.

Very nice hotel. The staff are very friendly. The food is good. It's 1 min walk from the beach. They have a water park. The pool is amazing too, with a Jacuzzi. I recommend the hotel.

🌟🌟🌟🌟⛔Great place - avoid the all inclusive though.We really enjoyed our stay here, it has a great location and the facilities are good value.I would advise avoiding the "all inclusive". Stay here, but eat in the local vicinity. Rationale below.Loses one star as there is nowhere to eat outside. You have to eat in the air conditioned canteen area which isn't exactly atmospheric. The food itself is fine.Similar story with drinks in the evening. The entertainment is horrific, which would be absolutely fine if you could choose to avoid it. But you can't. The outside area is dominated by the stage so if you want to drink outside, you have to subject yourself to the entertainment.

We have stayed here last May and absolutely loved it. Perfect place for couples. The area is stunning and service exceptional. Food was delicious with a lot different options. Very positively surprised by the wide range of drinks available for all-inclusive guests. Definitely recommend it👍

We stayed at El Greco for a week in August. We found the hotel to be very comfortable, clean and friendly. We didn't pay the considerable supplement to upgrade so our room did not have a sea view. However, it was on the top floor with a very large balcony that faced South East - towards the hills and not directly towards El Presidente, the road or the bins! We thought this was probably the best of the non-premium rooms at the hotel. I should note that our balcony door did not have a handle on the outside - shut the door completely and you are locked out. The quality and range of food and drink available within the all-inclusive package was excellent. The choice at each meal service was wide and varied with most tastes very well catered for, and the bar offered a full and complete service. Location cannot be faulted; As others have said, literally 30 seconds from the sandy beach. The snorkeling is excellent and kayaking, pedalos, paddle boards and motor boats are all available for hire. The water park is fun, although only two of the four slides were open while we were there. This was a shame but didn't detract from our enjoyment. If they would only address the reservation of sun loungers! We had no interest in spending all day cooking beside the pool, and the beach was a much more preferable place to bake with plenty of shade, but the rules are there and should be enforced - I'm sure most people would approve. Overall we had a delightful holiday and thoroughly recommend the Sandos El Greco.

We were seduced by the location and all inclusive, but declared 4* was a basic that we were expecting.In the reality it appeared that: 1. The location is truly great, there are several small beaches close to each other that you can walk or swim or paddle from one to another enjoying amazing sea, full of underwater life.However it is not a luxury part of the island. 2. The quality of the hotel facilities and services provided is decent 3*, but is far away from the 4*.However there are some fun advantages like: - aqua park for adults (strange but funny), - no strictness on the dress code (you can go in the swimsuit practicallt with a sand on your feet anywhere) or other rules (after checkout you can use all inclusive before your evening flight) - employees are nice and simple people, very sociable and ready to help Overall it was a nice value for money and very relaxing stay, however we found it a bit expensive for the level of experience provided.. but in August everything is expensive, so no complaints!
