O serviço muito bom, o pessoal atencioso e prestativo em todos os momentos, a praia, o serviço de bar e a sala de jantar são excelentes, só se o horário do buffet se prolongasse por uma hora seria excelente, porque praticamente é isso que se você comparece Em algum evento de hotel você já perdeu a comida e só precisa ir à lanchonete.

El servicio muy bueno, el personal atento y servicial en todo momento, la playa, el servicio de bar y el hambiente son excelentes, solo si los horarios de comedor buffet los pudieran alargan una hora más estaría exelente, porque prácticamente es de que si asistes a algún evento del hotel ya te perdiste la comida y solo te queda ir a la barra de snacks.

Gostei do meu quarto, o banheiro me deixou meio, talvez uma reforma e voila. Gostei da comida do bufê, varia não muito mas o suficiente, tem tempero bom e vista, comia muito rico todos os dias. O tema das piscinas, eu teria gostado de uma separada só para adultos e outra mista, já que são tantas crianças que literalmente as dominam, o bom é ter o mar literalmente ao seu lado e há espreguiçadeiras suficientes então você não sente falta das piscinas Muito, a menos que não goste de estar nas ondas, os drinks eu dou um 8 de sabor, eles gastam muitas caixas descartáveis, leva sua garrafa térmica gigante, eles enchem e isso é bom . Por causa do COVID, o spa não está disponível e isso é triste, há shows, mas apenas para alguns. Em si, o lugar é muito tranquilo. É limpo e o seu pessoal é simpático, pelo menos quem nos atendeu. Eu tive um grande momento.

Me gustó mi habitación, el baño me dejó a medias, quizás una remodelación y listo. Me gustó la comida del buffett, varía no mucho pero si lo suficiente, tiene buen sazón y vista, comí muy rico cada día. El tema de las piscinas, me hubiera gustado que estuviera una separada solo para adultos y otra mixta ya que hay tantos niños que literal se adueñan de ellas, lo bueno es tener el mar literalmente a lado y hay suficientes camastros así que no extrañas las piscinas mucho, a menos que no te guste estar en las olas, las bebidas les doy un 8 en sabor, gastan demasiados casos desechables, llévate tu termo gigante, te lo llenan y eso es bueno.Por el COVID no está disponible el spa y eso fue triste, hay shows pero solo para pocos. En si el lugar es muy tranquilo. Esta limpio y su personal es amable, al menos los que nos atendieron. La pasé muy agusto.

Excelente pelo que oferece, o serviço é muito bom, a verdade é que o que recomendo é que dêem gorjeta todo o hotel não vive de salário. Fale com o pessoal e eles ainda o atendem bem. Respeitar as regras é tudo e você terá de tudo além de sua praia que é muito bonita se comparada a vários hotéis e não é nada cara.

Excelente para lo que ofrece el servicio es muy bueno la verdad lo que recomiendo es que den propinas todo el hotel no vive del sueldo. Hablen con el personal y aun así atienden de una manera excelente. Respeten las reglas es todo y lo tendrán todo aparte su playa es muy bonita a comparación de varios hoteles y no es nada caro.

A apenas devolvido de 10 dias de estadia no hotel, I se minha estadia muito, a equipe foram muito amistosa e atenciosa, a comida foi excelente eu planejo voltar no próximo ano. Um dos funcionários que estava de folga me levou de e para o aeroporto para fazer meu teste de PCR e, em seguida, em um tour onde ele mora, parou em um lindo restaurante para comer e se deliciar. Fiquei muito grato e espero vê-lo novamente no próximo ano. Desejo agradecer a todos os funcionários por toda a ajuda e serviço maravilhoso 👍

Espectacular, hermosas y grandes instalaciones. La atención es maravillosa. Personas demasiado amables. Falta un poco más de limpieza en las piscinas o albercas.

The resort did not enforce distance or masks. The pools were filthy every day (see pic of slime ooze in water). Bags of trash left by housekeeping in hallways (see pic). Restaurants overcrowded with long lines to get in.Do Not Visit in late August. The resort is overcrowded with bus tour guests (low end rowdy guests) from the surrounding areas.

Just returned from a 10 day stay at the hotel, I enjoyed my stay very much, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent I plan on returning next year. One of the staff members who was off duty, took me to and from the airport to get my PCR test and then on a tour where he lives, stopped at a beautiful restaurant to have a meal and enjoyed it. I was very grateful and hope to see him again next year. I wish to thank all the staff for all their help and wonderful service 👍

This hotel only gets a 3 stars because of how kind the employees are. But the quality of the actual hotel brought it down a lot. Our rooms chain lock was broken and the food was always bland and undercooked. There was never a potato that was cooked correctly. Everyone in our party got food poisoning at one point or another during our 5 day stay. Because of COVID, they have most activities closed - although the hotel next doors says the owner sold most of the aquatic activities 2 years ago (before COVID). They should really update their website on what’s available, otherwise this is completely false advertisement. The Wi-Fi was only in select areas of the hotel and was spotty at best. It was a cute stay, but we will likely not be coming back to this hotel at a future time.

We have been coming here for about 18 years now this being our 6th time and always had a good experience. We had a group of 14 people with 5 rooms. The rooms are a little outdated but very clean. The food was above average for an all inclusive. The location is perfect on the beach close to Bucerias but away from all the crowd in downtown Puerto Vallarta. Most of the people are very friendly the wait staff is great. The reason for the low star rating is the front desk! The front counter is the worst service I have received in quite some time. We spent 2 hours of our vacation trying to get checked in because they couldn't find our reservations. When I asked to speak to the General Manager they said they would get him but he/she never came out. The lady at the front counter finally gave us our room (but it was more to get us out of her sight) We then received a message 2 days in to our stay saying they need to see us at the front counter. When we show up THEY TELL US WE NEED TO CHECK OUT BECAUSE OUR RESERVATION HAD BEEN CANCELLED BY OUR TRAVEL AGENCY!!!! They tell us that we need to either pay again or leave the hotel. They said that we need to get in contact with our travel agency and get it resolved we spent another hour getting this resolved Hotels.com had to call the hotel 4 times because they kept getting disconnected. We finally got the issue resolved but not before the lady at the front desk kept rolling her eyes at us and kept interrupting us even after we showed her our itinerary showing it being paid. Again when asked to speak to the General Manager nobody came out. We finally were able to talk to the lady in the First Aid office (when getting our Covid test) who in fact called one of the people in upper management to hear our issues. If not for her and the gentleman that we talked to we would have given this a 1 star rating.and not come back. It is up in the air if we will be back, might be time to look for another resort since there are so many to choose from in this beautiful city!

We came here to surprise my grandparents while they were on vacation in 2017! This is not a 5 star resort with all the bells and whistles but this is a great resort with personable staff, wonderful restaurants and activities while feeling comfortable and safe. Lots of fun and it’s a situation where you get what you pay for. Rooms are clean and a little outdated. Little town nearby with options for shopping and more restaurants and adventures. You have locals who stay here as well as guests from all over the world. Don’t forget to tip!

Last time there was just before the virus broke out (Feb 2020) We can't wait to go back! Service and staff are top notch, food was great as was the weather. This was our second time there and we will continue going there because of the laid back atmosphere, proximity to Bucerias and super friendly people. It killed us not to go this winter....But, we WILL be back to Royal D!

I love this hotel ... the staff are kind and friendly and can not do enough for you .. I been twice to the same hotel ... and really enjoyed my stay... the rooms are large and the main restaurant is good ... and i have tried all the other restaurants and they are ok ..this hotel is good for family’s , couples, or groups of friend. I can’t wait to go back again.

Pictures on website were not remotely similar to actual resort. Staff workers are crooks and constantly lied about the most bizarre things. They offered to substitute two of the six of us with only two massages. I asked them to simply write down what their proposal was and sign and they made me wait for an hour or longer so they could speak to their lawyers. When they finally returned, they refused. I simply wanted proof so I wouldn't feel I was slandering them when I wrote this review. However, ZERO cooperation. When we asked for our shuttle they sent us to lobby one. Once we arrived, they sent us to lobby three. Finally, lobby three sent us back to lobby 2. In conclusion, I would not recommend this resort to anyone except my worst enemy. Take my word please. Save yourself the headache and the money. Food is terrible as well. Lost 15lbs.

We loved this place! It’s a tiny bit dated but in a very charming way! And they do a great job keeping it clean. We had one of the best “restaurant” experiences at a resort here, that we’ve ever had. And it seems very affordable for an all-inclusive with some fun touches like the iguanas that roam around, and the folks who set up shop in the evenings on the “board walk” selling hand rolled cigars and trinkets.

Great place. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Beautiful grounds and beach, this was my first time here and loved it. The entertainment staff is fun, with activities every day. Large selection of restaurants and food. Only fall back is the buffet's, alot of the food is barely warm. Never hungry or thirsty here as it's all included. Going to start planning and saving to return in 2020.

Hi to all. I give 4 starts because this hotel is more family oriented and not very good for singles. I went there for 14 nights, in end of November. Weather was amazing, nice beach, very long, the water in the ocean was nice. About the hotel, good location, not far from airport, next to some shops, bus station, bank. Really clean hotel, I hope they pay the workers good because they were cleaning around the hotel 24h. The rooms are big and you have free internet in the lobby. You feel safe in the hotel and outside... depends on how far you go. Food was good in general, some meals were so delicious other not as much... but depends on everyone opinion. If you are from UK bring with you pesos because the hotel don't exchange £. But there is a bank like 7~10 min away. All over was a good experience and when I will have a family I will definitely return there

Fun, good food, free booze and great friends! All inclusive baby! Loved the room and the bed was very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is available all day, a big plus. Great beach, lots of chairs (hard to have shade, unless you mark your place before breakfast). The pool was even a wonderful tempature. Been I think 4 times. Fair pricing, worth it. Nice tours available.

The market and local bars are down the street 15 min walk Rocks ,the beach is relaxing,lots of entertainment at night at dico and theatre ,building 4 is where the Iguanas hang out,food is real good...
