“Stayed 1 night in 2017 while on a tour in Kazakhstan. Loved the room & the view. There seems to be a lot of facilities and activities in the hotel. Took a morning walk around the lake area after breakfast to soak in the nature & fresh air before checking out. Would like to come back again to stay a few more nights to enjoy the amenities if there is a chance.”

“Todo está bien, pero... No llega a 5))) ¿Por qué la calificación es 3 (todo se suma por las pequeñas cosas que dejan un regusto desagradable): - Cambio de sábanas en la habitación una vez por semana de estancia - durante la limpieza de la habitación no reportar agua - sacaron vasos sucios de la habitación, pero no trajeron vasos limpios - al reemplazar 2 albornoces, quedó 1 albornoz limpio en la habitación - cocina muy modesta en todos los restaurantes (platos mediocres, sin delicias gastronómicas) - en el territorio del hotel, excepto caminar, no hay nada que hacer, especialmente para los niños (a excepción de la habitación de los niños).Todo lo demás es bueno. ¿Volveré? Tal vez si la gerencia reconsidera la política comercial;)”
