So glad we decided to stay here. It was just what we needed, clean spacious rooms amazing 👏 🙌 👌 😍 we definitely enjoyed it after having a great time at Camelback Ranch for a Dodger game 🧢⚾️.... Little disappointed for breakfast when the lady serving breakfast was making us feel uncomfortable, she seemed upset and slamming drawers/cabinets. I really hope her day got better. The room was homey and clean with all the things you need to cook and eat a meal in the room. The breakfast was standard waffle, eggs sausage, the usual but still a good perk to have. Everyone from staff and visitors were friendly. Didn’t use the pool but was working and looked clean. Def would stay again.

Our experience was one with mixed feelings; desk staff was friendly and helpful, roommaids were so friendly and again helpful, but breakfast staff was embarrassing for the hotel. The food was overcooked, not enough anticipated for hotel customers, closed up breakfast by 830 one day and 9 another day....and sign says breakfast until 930. They actually told one family who came down at 9am, that there were too many people eating that day and food was gone. The hotel is adequate; mattresses ok, pillows nonexistent, elevator smelled,...needs a update.

First off DO NOT EAT THE BREAKFAST even the breads tasted bad. The mattresses were gross, we were there three weeks and I never not once was able to reach housekeeping by phone or the desk. I went to the desk for service once they said oh try dialing zero. That didn't work either. Which is fine because I only asked for towels. We had a two bedroom with full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I got two hand towels and four shower towels and the lady picked up my towels with two fingers and a really nice face. We had five trash cans they will only give you two trash bags. Super fun with three people and a baby for three weeks. Do you see the trend it's not worth the price we had house fire. We checked out early and stayed at the house before it was finished instead of staying there. Oh and both of our cars got broken into and they don't have cameras.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is an older RI, but you don't realize it's age until you get in your room. My tub was in really rough shape with peeling and rust. During my shower, the water backed up to the point it was ankle deep. Pretty gross. I went to the front desk and asked for a plunger, which I got. I repeatedly plunged the tub drain, which brought up a lot of gross stuff and created an oily/soapy/fatty film in the tub. The tub still did not drain great. I asked for a new room and had to move my stuff. New room was a handicap room that was really dated. At this point I didn't care! The gym is very small and not much to it. The pool area is decent, but small. I would rate this RI at average or below compared to many others I've stayed at. I just spent a week at RI in Chandler, AZ and that place was like a luxury resort compared to this one.
