A equipe aqui é fenomenal! Tão gentil e realmente se esforça para você. Infelizmente, como a maioria dos lugares com a pandemia e escassez de pessoal, algumas coisas ficaram para trás. Mas mesmo assim, eles compensam o máximo que podem. Honestamente, minha maior reclamação foi as outras pessoas lá. Eles foram totalmente reservado toda a semana que ficamos. Todo mundo estava tão alto! Eles entravam e saíam de seus quartos tarde da noite gritando nos corredores e conversando. As portas batem muito alto. E tivemos a infelicidade de ter um vizinho terrível que gritava a maior parte do tempo em que estávamos lá. E podíamos ouvir tudo através de nossas paredes. O bom é que a equipe prontamente lidou com isso e o corrigiu. Minha outra reclamação é que as TVs são tão datadas que é difícil ver muito nelas. E eles foram configurados para que a conversa fosse realmente silenciosa, mas os efeitos sonoros fossem incrivelmente altos. Tínhamos que manter o controle remoto em nossas mãos constantemente para mudar o volume. A cama era supostamente uma King... mas eu não acredito. Nós temos um rei em casa e aquele naquele quarto era muito menor.Há também construção na parte de trás do hotel e eles começam muito cedo. Se você tiver tampões para os ouvidos, isso não é um problema.Tudo o resto foi muito bom embora. Mesmo para eles tendo muffins e bagels sem glúten no buffet de café-da-manhã. A piscina era adorável, e eu tinha para mim no meio do dia.Enquanto estávamos lá, o alarme de incêndio disparou no meio da noite, e infelizmente não era um alarme falso. O único funcionário fez um ótimo trabalho lidando com a situação e o corpo de bombeiros veio rapidamente e pudemos voltar aos nossos quartos com segurança e em breve.No geral, eu escolheria ficar novamente. Mas eu não pediria vizinhos, se possível.

El personal aquí es fenomenal. Tan amable y realmente hace todo lo posible por ti. Desafortunadamente, como la mayoría de los lugares con la pandemia y la escasez de personal, algunas cosas se han quedado atrás. Pero incluso entonces, compensan todo lo que pueden. Honestamente, mi mayor queja fue la otra gente allí. Estuvieron completos durante toda la semana que estuvimos. ¡Todos eran tan ruidosos! Entraban y salían de sus habitaciones a altas horas de la noche gritando en los pasillos y conversando. Las puertas se cierran muy fuerte. The staff here are phenomenal! So kind and really go out of their way for you. Unfortunately, like most places with the pandemic and staffing shortage, some things have fallen behind. But even then, they make up for as much as they can. Honestly my biggest complaint was the other people there. They were fully booked the whole week we stayed. Everyone was so loud! They’d walk in and out of their rooms late at night yelling in the hallways and having conversations. The doors slam really loudly. And we were unfortunate enough to have a terrible neighbor who screamed most of the time we were there. And we could hear everything through our walls. The good thing is the staff readily handled it and set him straight. My other complaint is the TVs are so dated, it is difficult to see much on them. And they were set so that the talking was really quiet but the sound effects were incredibly loud. We had to keep the remote in our hands constantly to change the volume. The bed was supposedly a King…but I do not believe it. We have a king at home and the one in that room was much smaller. There is also currently construction at the back of the hotel and they start very early. If you have ear plugs though it’s not a problem. Everything else was pretty great though. Even down to them having gluten free muffins and bagels at the breakfast buffet. The pool was lovely, and I had it to myself in the middle of the day. While we were there, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and it was not a false alarm unfortunately. The one employee there did a great job handling the situation and the fire department came quickly and we were able to get back to our rooms safely and soon enough. Overall, I’d choose to stay again. But I would ask for no neighbors if possible.

I've been traveling for business more often to Phoenix area and am looking for a comfortable hotel.This Residence Inn feels more modern/recent and is very clean.Staff was attentive to towel requests.Two dishwasher detergents were provided the first night (I think it was this hotel) allowing me to keep my new habit of washing all the dishes my first night in the room and the extra to wash my dishes the next day before I leave.Only one bar soap is provided which I quickly went through between shower and vanity sink.Refrigerator and microwave were new and functional.There is only a counter range.Doesn't Residence Inn provide oven?I plan to pay more attention to ovens on future visits after considering starting to purchase Costco prepared meals for my business trips.Hot breakfast was served.Simple eggs and a hot protein were provided.This and another hotel were not serving topping (like grated cheese) for eggs.I don't recall there many as many of the usual choices, nor available waffle machines.I am considering this hotel for future longer stays.The Union Grill and Tap just outside the south entrance is a convenient restaurant with good meal options.UPDATE: When available, this is my go to hotel for my business trips to this area.I come and go all hours of the day and I see staff cleaning spills (and pet urine - ugh) quickly.I see staff keeping the facilities clean, including small nook and crannies.Kudos to staff for keeping up cleanliness and maintenance.Breakfast still does not include toppings (grated cheese) for scrambled eggs.They offered twice this week a hot biscuit with egg and sausage for variety.Still overall good hotel and my preferred Residence Inn stay (for location, commute and quality).

After staying at this hotel for almost three months, I can tell you that the hotel is fantastic, the staff is great, and the housekeepers are spot on. However, if you rely on Internet to conduct business, don't stay here. Worst Internet for any hotel I've stayed. Lodging a concern with the front desk does nothing. Do better Marriott. This experience was not good.

No check-in, foi-nos dito que um estava pronto mais cedo, mas teria um chuveiro. Não é grande coisa, certo? Fomos colocados em um quarto para deficientes físicos. O fato de o quarto ser para uma pessoa com deficiência não era o problema - a sujeira do quarto e o odor de urina eram o problema. Nós limpamos o quarto e colocamos purificadores de ar por toda parte. Nada ajudou. Cada vez que a descarga do vaso sanitário era liberada acima da unidade, parecia que a água estava escorrendo pelas paredes. Foi-nos dito que o quarto poderia ser movido de manhã. Assim que amanheceu, a atendente da recepção declarou que nos ligaria quando o novo quarto estivesse pronto. 7 horas depois, ela voltou para casa sem nos ligar. Então, nosso quarto foi transferido por outro membro da equipe. Ao mudar para a nova sala, a cozinha (geladeira, pratos, balcões estavam imundos. Sério, isso não é aceitável, especialmente durante uma pandemia onde a limpeza é essencial). O chão estava muito manchado. Existem animais por toda parte. Até na sala de ginástica. Eu tenho animais de estimação, mas respeito que nem todo mundo tem e, portanto, coleiras e tal devem ser uma cortesia comum. Também fui recebido com uma pilha de fezes de cachorro esmagadas no tapete ao entrar pela porta lateral. Sério, alguém está me zoando? Depois de decidir comprar chinelos para usar e jogar fora no quarto após a conclusão da nossa estadia, (devido ao tapete nojento) minha filha puxou o colchão para uma pilha cheia de xixi. (Oh meu Deus). Por fim, o vaso sanitário parou de funcionar e atualmente estamos aguardando o atendente da recepção que nos informou ser o único em funcionamento. Este é apenas o dia 2 de 6. Certamente irei verificar outras opções em breve.

Upon checking in we were told a was ready early but would have a walk in shower. No big deal right? We were placed in a handicapped room. The fact that the room was for a handicapped person was not the the issue the uncleanliness of the room and the odor of urine was the issue. We cleaned the room and place air fresheners throughout. Nothing helped. Every time the toilet was flushed above the unit is sounded like water was flowing down the walls. We were told The room could be moved in the morning. Once the morning came the front desk attendant stated she would call us when the new room was ready. 7 hours later she went home without calling us. We then had our room moved by another staff member. Upon moving to the new room, the kitchen (fridge, dishes, counters were filthy. Seriously, this isn’t acceptable and especially during a pandemic where cleaning is essential.) The floor was heavily stained. There are animals everywhere. Even in the workout room. I have pets, but I respect that not everyone does and therefore leashes and such should be common courtesy. I was also greeted with a pile of smashed dog fecies on the carpet when entering the side door. Seriously, is some one pranking me? After deciding to purchase slippers to wear and toss out in the room upon the completion of our stay, (due to the disgusting carpet) my daughter pulled out the mattress bed to a pile full of pee. (Omg). Lastly, the toilet stopped working and we are currently waiting on the front desk attendant who informed us he is the only one working.This is only day 2 out of 6. I will certainly be checking ito other options soon.

Absolutamente excelente !! Queríamos ficar perto do Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center e este hotel tornou a nossa estadia muito agradável e fácil. Eles ainda oferecem um desconto para pacientes com câncer.O check-in foi rápido para que meu marido pudesse chegar ao quarto e descansar após um longo dia no hospital. O hotel era super limpo, havia muitos carrinhos de bagagem, a lavanderia é um grande bônus! O quarto era bem equipado e a cozinha era perfeita para as nossas necessidades, já que meu marido não tinha energia nem apetite para comer fora. A TV ainda tinha alguns canais decentes.Este hotel é de 5 estrelas! Se você precisa ficar perto do hospital, eu recomendo o Residence Inn. Reservamos várias noites com eles nos próximos dois meses. Não vamos ficar em nenhum outro lugar e você também não deveria.

Absolutely top-notch!! We wanted to stay next to Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center and this hotel made our stay very enjoyable and easy. They even offer a discount for cancer patients. Check-in was quick so my husband could get to the room and rest after a long day at the hospital. The hotel was super clean, there were plenty of baggage carts, the laundry room is a great bonus! The room was well-appointed and the kitchen was perfect for our needs since my husband doesn't have the energy or appetite to eat out. The TV even had some decent channels. This hotel is 5-STARS! If you need to stay near the hospital I highly recommend the Residence Inn. We have booked several more nights with them over the next two months. We won't stay anywhere else and you shouldn't either.
