“I absolutely LOVE Marriott! The SERVICE here? Not so great. No recognition of Elite Status, no recognition of points applied. No offer of water. My husband was left on hold for 20 minutes, because he looked at his phone. He was stuck at the airport without a ride. She could've just explained that she, "Danielle " was busy and will be happy to help, but to explain that she was just busy and would be back with him. Just say something. Talk, please. Sorry. Training moment.”

“Very nice, clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, nice area near downtown but quiet. Better than a shuttle, they literally order you an Uber to the airport..FREE! Cons: Bed was smaller than expected, smaller than the Residence Inn in Tucson for example, regardless that the reservation for both hotels was identical (2 queen) [ not 1 full and 1 sofa bed we were given at this PHX location]...good news is they said they're remodeling and that should no longer be true in the future. Really they're nice rooms and no major complaints”
