“Customer service is the best you can get. My family stayed in a suite room on a road trip to Florida from Wisconsin. The first night the upstairs guests were making noise at 1:30am -- I called down to the desk and they called the guest to take care of the situation. The next day, I asked to be placed on the 4th floor suite for the return; however the room was occupied, so they went out of their way to make sure we would have a quiet stay. On top of that, I realized I forgot my electronic toothbrush when I got home. The staff helped me to locate it and got it back to to me quickly. We appreciated the hospitality and cleanliness -- if we were staying longer, we would have definitely wanted to play a game of bags and enjoy the pool!”

“Great pool, nice hotel. The COVID breakfast was awful. Your choice of toast or cereal with frozen milk.”
