Meu marido e eu precisávamos de um lugar para ficar depois de mais de 12 horas de carro, então entramos para encontrar um quarto. Lucia na recepção foi incrível, super atenciosa e gentil. Ela foi acima e além para se certificar de que fomos atendidos após nosso longo dia. Seus gerentes, no entanto, eram muito mais difíceis de lidar, o que tornou a ajuda de Lucia ainda mais apreciada.No geral, nossa estadia foi agradável e limpa, mas recomendo lidar com Lucia se você tiver alguma dúvida ou precisar de qualquer tipo de atendimento ao cliente.

Mi esposo y yo necesitábamos un lugar para quedarnos después de un viaje de más de 12 horas, así que entramos para encontrar una habitación. Lucía en la recepción fue increíble, súper complaciente y amable. Ella hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que nos cuidaran después de nuestro largo día. Sin embargo, sus gerentes eran mucho más difíciles de tratar, lo que hizo que la ayuda de Lucía fuera aún más apreciada.En general, nuestra estadía fue agradable y limpia, pero recomiendo tratar con Lucía si tiene alguna pregunta o necesita algún tipo de servicio al cliente.

My husband and I needed a place to stay after a 12+ hour drive so walked in to find a room. Lucia at the front desk was amazing, super accommodating and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of after our long day. Her managers, however, were a lot more challenging to deal with, which made Lucia's help even more appreciated. Overall, our stay was nice and clean, but highly recommend dealing with Lucia if you have any questions or need any type of customer service.

Minha esposa e eu ficamos neste hotel por algumas semanas e fiquei impressionado com a simpatia de todos. Desde a frente da casa até a manutenção da casa, todos foram muito agradáveis e eficientes. O Gerente Geral (Dave L' Heureux) foi simplesmente perfeito em todos os sentidos. Desde sua atenção aos detalhes sobre nossas necessidades, até nos reservar um Uber em nosso último dia para o aeroporto e pagar antecipadamente, pois não havia táxis disponíveis por horas. Dave é muito enérgico, inteligente, sempre feliz e simplesmente uma pessoa muito agradável e humilde com o objetivo de simplesmente fazer seus clientes felizes. Tivemos uma ótima estadia, e mal posso esperar para voltar no próximo ano para o nosso aniversário.

Localização, restaurante e bom quarto.Solicitado check-in antecipado e vista para a feira atrás do hotel. Que é metade dos quartos. -tenho cheque antecipado -tem a pior vista em todo o hotel. Olhamos de longe e não víamos nada além de equipamentos no telhado. Ninguém mais teve essa visão. -Nota: Ser um membro Marriott Bonvoy não nos ajudou em nada. Eu teria economizado dinheiro e feito melhor se tivesse reservado através de outra pessoa. -Um quarto de 480,00 dólares por uma noite. - Olhei ao redor da multidão e me senti enganado, sabendo que alguns desses clientes tiveram uma tarifa com desconto e realmente conseguiram o que pediram. Certamente uma visão melhor.

Chegamos a um cenário lindamente repartido com muitas pessoas jantando no restaurante anexo ao hotel. Os alimentos que observamos pareciam incríveis e decidimos comer lá também. Não ficamos desapontados!! A equipe do hotel foi muito agradável e cortês e isso ajudou a definir o tom para o dia 1 de nossa estadia. A suíte foi bem decorada com aparelhos de tamanho normal.

Llegamos a un entorno bellamente distribuido con mucha gente cenando en el restaurante adjunto al hotel. Los alimentos que observamos se veían increíbles y decidimos comer allí también. no nos decepcionó!! El personal del hotel fue muy agradable y cortés y eso ayudó a establecer el tono para el día 1 de nuestra estadía. La suite estaba muy bien decorada con electrodomésticos grandes.

Mi esposa y yo nos alojamos en este hotel durante unas semanas y me sorprendió lo amables que eran todos. Desde el frente de la casa hasta el mantenimiento de la casa, todos fueron muy agradables y eficientes. El Gerente General (Dave L' Heureux) fue simplemente perfecto en todos los sentidos. Desde su atención a los detalles sobre nuestras necesidades, hasta incluso reservarnos un Uber en nuestro último día en el aeropuerto y pagarlo por adelantado, ya que no había taxis disponibles durante horas. Dave es muy enérgico, inteligente, siempre feliz y simplemente una persona muy amable y humilde con el objetivo de hacer felices a sus clientes. Tuvimos una gran estadía y no podemos esperar a volver el próximo año para nuestro aniversario.

Ubicación, restaurante y bonita habitación.Solicité check in temprano y una vista de la feria detrás del hotel. Que es la mitad de las habitaciones. -obtuve cheque anticipado -Obtuve la peor vista de todo el hotel. Lo miramos desde lejos y no pudimos ver nada más que equipos en la azotea. Nadie más obtuvo esta vista. -Nota: Ser miembro de Marriott Bonvoy no nos ayudó en lo más mínimo. Habría ahorrado dinero y lo habría hecho mejor si lo hubiera reservado a través de otra persona. -Una habitación de 480.00 dolares por una noche. -Miré a la multitud y me sentí estafado, sabiendo que algunos de estos clientes obtuvieron una tarifa con descuento y en realidad obtuvieron lo que pidieron. Sin duda, una mejor vista.

We arrived to a beautifully apportioned setting with lots of folks eating dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The foods we observed looked amazing and we decided to eat there also. We were not disappointed!! Hotel staff was very pleasant and courteous and that helped set the tone for day 1 of our stay. The suite was nicely decorated with full sized appliances.

Location, restaurant and nice room. Requested early check in and a view of the fair behind the hotel. Which is half the rooms. -got early check -got the worst view in the whole hotel. We looked at it from afar and we could see nothing but rooftop equipment. No one else got this view. -Note: Being a Marriott Bonvoy member did not help us in the least. I would have saved money and done better had I booked it through someone else. -A 480.00 dollar room for one night. -I looked around the crowd and felt ripped off, knowing some of these customers got a discounted rate and actually got what they requested. Certainly a better view.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a few weeks and I was amazed how friendly everyone was. From the front of the house to house keeping, everyone was so pleasant and efficient. The General Manager (Dave L' Heureux) was simply perfect in every way. From his attention to details regarding our needs, to even booking us an Uber on our last day to the airport and prepaying for it, as there were no cabs available for hours. Dave is very energetic, smart, always Happy, and simply a very nice & humble person with the goal of simply making his customers happy. We had a great stay, and cannot wait to come back next year for our anniversary.

Great hotel, right in the heart of town. Very welcoming and friendly staff, excellent room with all the conveniences we could want including a fridge and microwave.Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast.Could not asked for more.

Estadia perfeita! A equipe do hotel foi amigável. O cavalheiro que trabalhava à noite (chegamos ao hotel depois das 8 horas da noite nas duas noites) foi super amigável e muito útil com tudo. Em comparação com alguns outros hotéis em que ficamos em nossa viagem (SpringHill Suites Boston, MA & AC Hotel Portland, ME), este superou os dois. Quarto espaçoso com boa disposição e muito limpo. Recomendamos vivamente esta localização. Estávamos visitando a área para ir para Bar Harbor, ME e este foi o Marriott mais próximo que caberia na minha família de 4 (filho e filha mais velhos). Foi cerca de uma hora de carro, mas valeu a pena pelo tamanho do quarto e pela gentileza dos funcionários. O único hotel onde não ficamos presos no 2º andar por causa do uso de pontos.

estancia perfecta! El personal del hotel fue amable. El señor que trabajaba de noche (llegamos al hotel después de las 8 horas ambas noches) fue súper amable y muy servicial con todo. En comparación con algunos otros hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado en nuestro viaje (SpringHill Suites Boston, MA y AC Hotel Portland, ME), este superó a ambos. Amplia habitación con buena distribución y muy limpia. Recomendamos encarecidamente esta ubicación. Estábamos visitando el área para ir a Bar Harbor, ME y este era el Marriott más cercano que encajaría con mi familia de 4 (hijo mayor e hija). Fue alrededor de una hora en coche, pero valió la pena por el tamaño de la habitación y la amabilidad de los empleados. El único hotel en el que no nos quedamos atrapados en el segundo piso debido al uso de puntos.

Perfect stay! Hotel staff was friendly. The gentleman that worked nights (we arrived at hotel after 8 hours pm both nights) was super friendly and very helpful with everything. Compared to a few other hotels we have stayed at on our trip (SpringHill Suites Boston, MA & AC Hotel Portland, ME) this one topped both. Spacious room with good layout and very clean. We highly recommend this location. We were visiting the area to go to Bar Harbor, ME and this was the closest Marriott that would fit my family with of 4 (older son & daughter). It was about an hour drive but was worth it for the size of room and the kindness of the employees. The only hotel where we didn’t get stuck on 2nd floor because of using points.

Excellent hotel.Very clean, and the mattress was so comfortable!Breakfast buffet offered a nice selection.Front desk staff, breakfast staff, housekeeping, all top notch.Highly recommend if staying in Bangor, Maine.
