Quartos com limpeza muito mal feita. Quando entrei no quarto cheirava a cerveja, e cortinas, mesa, cadeira estavam literalmente porcas. Pior hotel que apanhei nos EUA até hoje.... fiquem longe!

Mi esposo reservóanoche para nuestras vacaciones en Abril yo no sabía hasta esta mañanaque el hizo las reservaciones y ahora leyendo todos los review me siento incómoda. The reviews I read were bad. But I have a different evaluation. Staff was fair on what they can accommodate you on. There is some street noise but this is not something the property can control. There pool has been renovated and they were doing renovations on first floor when we stayed there. If you are looking for a fair price near airport. I highly suggested it. Thank you Staff for doing what you can to make the stay pleasant.

Um hotel que cumpre o que promete. Quando se escolhe um.hotel dessa categoria e localização em Miami, deve-se saber que há hotéis antigos na cidade, que passaram por uma recauchutagem. O quarto 630 era bom e amplo. O único ponto negativo é o chuveiro que derramava um jato nada forte. Mas o hotel tem uma proposta.de hospedagem prática, com estacionamento amplo. Vale a pena ficar lá... Afinal de contas, serve apenas para dormir.

Las camas son extremadamente incomodas. Las habitaciones sin balcón son feas. El jardin y la piscina preciosos, aunque no la usamos porque hacia frio. La comida muy rica. Costaba mucho comunicarse con recepcion. Tiene estacionamiento gratis y con muchos lugares.

I never write bad reviews. I only write reviews when I want to brag on an establishment. I feel as if this hotel completely warrants a bad review. First of all, when I went to check in I had to wait in line for approximately 45 minutes. Not a big deal, I am a patient person. But I was charged twice for my booking. Once when I made the booking, and again when I checked in. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I have tried to call multiple departments, multiple times of day, no answer. Very poor customer service.

We have stayed here in the past and looked forward to staying again.We found the place a bit run down, the bed was ok but only 1 really flat pillow per person.We asked for more and did receive. The room was dirty, carpet had crumbs all over it and the bed sheets were put on with the top sheet as the duvet and the duvet was the top sheet.We also found a pair of ladies sandals and hot sauce beside the bed. Breakfast was non existent on Monday.We had to walk a half mile to an IHOP.But when we returned, our room key wouldn't work and housekeeping was waiting for us to leave.At least I think that's what she was saying, she didn't speak English.We thought check out was 11am and it was only 9:30.Totally felt like we were being pushed out. One plus was the bar tender on the previous day.I wish I knew his name but he was super nice and very helpful.Also, it's close to the airport and not far to the cruise terminal.I doubt we will stay here again.

I found this place at the last minute while I was stranded at Miami International. Now its my favourite place to stay when I'm in town. Large comfortable rooms and great views from the upper floors.

No Breakfast included. You have to buy your breakfast separately from the restaurant located inside the hotel. Overall experience was good. Easy check in and check out. #QUICK_NOTE: They charge you refundable $75 during check in. Its like security deposit. You'll get back this $75 after 1 week.

The staff was so nice. After so many bad experiences with overworked hotel staff I have to say I was surprised by how friendly, helpful and polite they were. The reason for just 4 stars was the shower was stained and a little gross but the service was worth it. Just bring flip flops and you'll be fine.

This place is next to the airport what is good. Room was clean and neat, shower didn’t work, but we used the bathtub instead and it was fine with us. Note that this hotel doesn’t offer the shuttle bus service and breakfast is not included in the room price.

O custo/benefício do hotel vale a pena. A diária gira em torno de U$ 125 dólares(4 pessoas). Tem um bom café da manhã, se comparado com a maioria dos cafés da manhã que são servidos nos hotéis dos USA. A localização dele é ótima, próximo do aeroporto de Miami, e próximo de vários lugares para comer. Por fora ele é até bonito, mas por dentro é bem antigo, inclusive os apartamentos. Mas é limpo e organizado. Possui um estacionamento grande e gratuito. Mas também há serviço de transfer gratuito para o aeroporto. O wi-fi também é gratuito. Tem uma piscina boa. Voltaria a me hospedar nele novamente.

Cama bem macia, chuveiro com bastante pressão, quarto amplo é bem limpo. Banheiro também amplo e limpo, com banheira junto ao chuveiro. Só em um microondas no saguão do elevador em cada andar e você ouve um pouco o barulho dos aviões, pois fica bem próximo ao aeroporto. Possui Shuttle gratuito do/ao aeroporto a cada 30 minutos durante todo o dia.

Gostei muito do ambiente. O local é limpo, tranquilo e organizado. Os quartos são confortáveis, grandes, tem geladeira, tv, ótima cama, banheiro e chuveiro bons.. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Ótima localização, próximo ao aeroporto no qual há transporte disponível para os hóspedes de 30 em 30 minutos. Esse foi um fator a mais.

Bom serviço em geral. Quartos limpos e bem organizados. Pessoal bem educado. Serviço de transfer de e para o aeroporto funciona bem. O bar fecha cedo. Após as 10 PM não tem nada para comer. Prepare-se se vai chegar mais tarde. Cafe da manhã não incluso na diária. A tarifa de café da manhã foi maior que a contratada na reserva e mesmo pago alguns itens expostos devem ser pagos separadamente.

Hotel muito bom, perto do aeroporto, os quantos são grandes, possui cafeteira em todos os quartos. Café da manhã também é bom, possui máquina de waffle para você mesmo fazer. Vending machines en todos os andares. Alugar carro é possível de dentro do hotel mesmo. Muitas opções de.compras.restaurantes, drogarias nas proximidades, mas nada caminhando.

Upon arrival we had to ask for pillows 3 times, then music drummed outside until 4am. They were holding a "private event" they refused to refund room so we could move hotels. The staff was unfriendly and rude and I would NEVER recommend anyone stay there.

Estuve en el hotel dos noche en la habitación 517 los días 23 y 24 de diciembre, fue horrible mi estadía desde que entré a la habitación me di cuenta de que la higiene era pecimatodo lleno de cabello negro largohasta la cama y muy sucia las sábanas que ni las cambiaron sin importar el COVID-19, opté por pedirle sábanas limpias a la muchacha que me encontré en el pasillo y una frazada para taparme y así resolví sin hacer mayores problemas ya que debía dejar el auto ahí por 7noches. Es mi segunda vez y última y no lo recomiendo. El precio del parqueo me pareció muy caro también.

Los colchones y camas están arqueados, recomiendo lleven sus toallas porque las que colocan parecen de manos, no ponen agua en habitación y tuve que comprar en $3 un agua mineral con sabor a sandía muy desagradableya que agua mineral natural no había en recepción para la venta. El hotel si se hizo cargo del Uber del aeropuerto hasta el hotel y viceversa y eso me parece muy bueno. Veo una noticia de una Venezolana que le abrieron el equipaje en la habitación y no han dado la cara por ella.

Conveniently close to airport. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Mattress was super old and uncomfortable. Pillows were terrible so we did ask for another and it was so much better. Bathroom needs to be remodeled terribly. Water comes out of the shower from the top and bottom at the same time so the water pressure sucks.

ROMPIERON MIS MALETAS YA QUE TENÍAN CANDADOS, sacaron las cosas y se llevaron de todo de valor. LO MÁS IMPORTANTE MI PASAPORTE POR LO QUE SIGO PRESA Y SIN PODER SALIR DE MIAMI. dentro de las cosas que se nos robaron habian IPHONE, CARTERAS DE MARCA, LENTES NUEVOS, DÓLARES EN EFECTIVO, ZAPATOS, ROPA, REGALOS. Inclusive hasta COMIDA.EL HOTEL NO TIENE CÁMARAS EN LOS PASILLOS DONDE SE HOSPEDAN LOS HUÉSPEDES, QUE ES BÁSICO PARA L seguridad de los mismos, asi es cómo ellos se desentienden de todo lo que pasó, diciendo que no ven nada raro ni fuera de lo normal en las cámaras (que solo tienen en los ascensores que usan los huéspedes) y salidas de emergencia . La puerta no fue forzada, fue alguien que tenía acceso a entrar por la vía regular. Y el hotel no ha asumido ningún tipo de responsabilidad. Y además de todas las pérdidas de ese día, sigo perdiendo dinero en mi estadía en miami esperando una solución y ayuda para volver al país donde vivo.El personal tiene MALÍSIMA ATENCIÓN Y ADEMÁS SON JNOA IRRESPONSABLES

Although the room seemed pretty clean, the mildew smell was horrible and the wear & tear was visible despite the attempt to cover it up. As mentioned several times, towels seem to be an issue. No face towels or washcloths available. The pool was freezing and gets no sun during the day. There was no breakfast available. Covid mandates weren’t being enforced. The worst part was when my son’s headboard fell off at 3:00am. Luckilyhe didn’t get hurt, but it could’ve been disastrous. We won’t be returning.

The room was decent but even though I paid for the room for two nights before I even got there, I was charged an additional $75 deposit that I was told would be released upon checkout. I never received the deposit back and they are recharging me the deposit again nearly a month later. I’ve tried calling several times and they never pick up the phone. This trip was for my birthday weekend how are you recharging something you were intentionally supposed to send back?

It’s hard for me to even give this awful hotel a star when it doesn’t even deserve that. I thought it would be a good and convenient stay since me and my family used to stay here years ago. It’s close to the airport and “fair” price, but it turns out it came to be one of the worsts places I’ve evento been. The bedrooms smells really bad like mold and humidity, they warn you yo keep your windows and doors closed since someone could try to break in through the balcony. But what seems to me the worst part is that the hotel staff steals from customers and the hotel doesn’t even take responsibility for it. During my stay several customers got stolen from customer staff, got their luggage damaged and open and even lost their passports, visas, phones, laptops, etc. While I was at the lobby one of those customers was complaining about the situation and I saw how she was being dismissed by the managers and hotel staff. They won’t take any responsibility, won’t let anyone else see the cameras and won’t even respond for those customers stays. Please if you don’t want to go through this terrible situation, don’t EVER stay here!

I did not really enjoy my stay here. First complementary breakfast was not explained on the website clearly. Wash cloths were not provided in the restroom upon arrival. My carpet was wet near the mini refrigerator which had a slight odor so I opened the window to the balcony. The phone in the room was very old and sticky so I just walked to the lobby when I had questions or needed anything. And there was a roach on the wall in my room. I don’t think I would be staying here again.

La peor experiencia vivieron mi mamá y mi hermana en su estadia, el pasadomiercoles 1 de diciembre,cuando personal del hotel robo gran parte de sus pertencencias dentro de su habitacion, si, personal del hotel , entraron y Ni siquiera forzaron la cerradura, y no fue cuando hicieron la limpieza ya que habian solicitado no limpiarla, abrieron todos los equipajes, se llevaron un monton de cosas de valor, entre esas cosas lo mas valioso era un pasaporte, su vuelo a su pais de residencia salia el jueves 2 de diciembre y no pudo regresar, el personal del hotel super despreocupado sin animos de ayudar, no tienen camaras en los pasillos , no permitieron ver las camaras , solo dicen que ellos no hacen responsables por pertenencias robadas en la habitacion, entonces quien se hace responsable? Si nisiquiera camaras tiene para identificar a los responsables, no dimensionan la Gravedad y las consecuencias que ha tenido esta terrible experiencia, no han hecho el reembolso de la estadia todavia, y no solo fue a ellas, a la huesped de la habitacion del frente le robaron igual que entró ese dia al hotel, en el mismo momento 2 robos, NADIE DEBERIA HOSPEDARSE EN ESTE HOTEL, pagar hospedaje y que nisiquiera tengas el respaldo de una camara de seguridad que en casos de robo, u otro tipo de crimen que Pueda cometerse dentro de las instalaciones , para ayudarte a buscar a los responsables, UN COMPLETO DESASTRE.

The room smells horrific.The staff are rude.There are no clear signs on where to park.The parking area is very poorly lit.There was s no signage as to where the elevator is.The lobby has no furniture and the pictures are so deceiving about what the hotel looks like.It is a dive with people stopping in to by beer from the “coolers” in the lobby that are supposed to be a pantry!The s is a scary place and i would not recommend it to anyone.P S they don’t even have a microwave in the room-what kind of an “upscale” hotel doesn’t have a microwave in the room….should have stayed at a Motel 6….it might have been nicer!This place is a joke!I will only be staying one night then finding a nicer hotel-that is if i can handle the smell all night.

The experience was terrible. We did not like the stay at all. To start with, Usually all the good hotels i went to were flexible and let us check in few hours early. But this one didn't even let us check-in half an hour early. It was terrible. We were so tired after traveling and found this at the hotel. It was very disappointing. Secondly, receptionists were never at the desk even when it was time to check in. At 3 when they are supposed to check-in, we waited for so long for them to come to the desk. Thirdly, the room smelled and overall hygiene was bad. The bed sheet was smelling like cigarette. I would not come back to this hotel.

Who can dare to give this place a bad rating. The Art decor is amazing, as an artist, I appreciate that alone. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful view of palm trees and is very clean. Not to mention this is only in the day , at night everything lights up like the moon. Yes there are planes flying by, but u should expect that,its next to the airport. But that didn't bother me at all cause the beautiful fountains inside and out took my mind away from it. The front desk staff was so nice and understanding. The room was kept clean when I arrived. For my two nite stay it worked out well. That's not to mention there is a bar and events that happen right along the strip. I give this place 4.5. Thank you

If I could give no stars I would do just that. This place is not a hotel it's a motel. I was so disappointed. We had no towels or bath rags. We reached out for them and the house keeper and front desk had none. We had to shower with a pool towel. I will never stay here again.

Ótimo quarto, inclusive com isolamento acústico. Tive apenas um problema com Ar Condicionado instalado no chão... O vento vinha direto no rosto ao deitar na cama.Localização excelente para quem vai fazer compras!A única coisa que pecou foram as taxas cobrados ao receber compras feitas pela internet. Cada funcionário cobrava um valor, sendo que eu tinha recebido um valor X antes da minha ida por e-mail. Fiquem espertos quanto a isso!De resto, tudo certo... Recomendo!

Quarto cheirando a mofo, carpete, pia do banheiro trincada, cama desconfortável com mola solta, banheira descascando, cortinas de plástico... parece um filme de terror! O ar condicionado fica muito mal localizado, no nível da cama e quem dorme na cama mais próxima dele recebe todo o vento: um pedido pra ficar doente. A cereja do bolo é que o hotel está em reforma, ou seja, barulho de obra durante o dia. Esqueça se quiser esticar o sono. No mínimo deveriam avisar (em tempo hábil) que estão em reforma para termos a opção de escolher ficar ou procurar outra acomodação. Pontos positivos: quarto grande, transfer gratuito para aeroporto e shopping, e a localização do hotel, próximo ao aeroporto e vias importantes. As pessoas que estavam comigo não se importaram a ponto de querer mudar de quarto, mas por mim, teria solicitado a mudança de imediato.

I have stayed here a couple of times and this last trip was even better! They added some beautiful art and a gallery to the lobby, which makes it nice to have some drinks at the bar.The new micro theater outside is a great outing that's right there as well, with the guest discount we saw all of the shows (they were in Spanish when we went) and had a great time.We used Uber to get to the hotel from MIA and were refunded the ride as soon as we checked in.Great location as well and great staff!Nos encanto

Es pésimo! El servicio es fatal. Todos en recepción nos trataron muy mal. Nos hicieron esperar para darnos la habitación hasta las 4 pm. Las habitaciones muy mal. Cama extremadamente incómoda, tiene humedades, huele mal, la puerta del.baño no cierra. El aire acondicionado es super ruidoso. Nos dijeron que incluía desayuno y no había tal. Fatal, Fatal, Fatal! At 1st we were a little put off by the stripped looking outside and the fence around the parking lot because it looked like a prison or rehab, but once inside everyone was so nice and helpful and the room was so clean. We only stayed one night, then moved to a different location that was already booked but you could definitely stay at it your entire stay. It was also close to a lot of stuff

Never have I ever stayed at rinky dink hotel such as this one. No towels in the room upon arrival, room stink like a old moldy basement . The bed was crunchy and hard. I didn’t sleep under the covers. Th tv look like a tablet on the wall. The hotel lobby smells nice and looks nice but baby once you get to the elevator it’s downhill from there. I would never stay here again it’s too out dated & stinky. This hotel needs to be reported and renovated ASAP . Not happy I want my money back AND I will get my money back for sure

Just checked in and I’m already ready to check out. No clue how this place has 3.7 stars, because it’s terrible. Nothing like the pictures. I literally just got here and there are no towels in my room. Called the front desk and they told me they are running low and that it will “be a while” before the can bring some. Shouldn’t there already be towels in here since I just checked in?? The room stinks, bathroom is tiny and looks moldy, and front desk workers are not very pleasant. I walked up to check in and the girl there just continued what she was doing, didn’t stop and acknowledge me or try to assist me. NEVER AGAIN. don’t waste your money.

Don’t waste your time. I never leave reviews, but if this can save someone the grief, it’s worth it. We were told there was transportation from the airport and to the cruise port when we booked. It was not the case. No towels in the room, even after several calls to get some. Room floor carpet was sticky.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. Pictures look nothing like the room. Room is dirty they didn’t change the sheets just made the bed up so there was old blood on our sheets. They had no wash cloths they kept saying they all were being washed. Housekeepers didn’t speak no English, no microwave in rooms, water doesn’t get hot. Anybody can get in your room the doors are not secured. Crackheads and homeless people are all around . And the fact we paid 380 for 3 nights I expected something decent. The motel 6 was cleaner then this place. Just disgusting. The blankets they give u are like sheets. I would give negative stars if I could ! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

La cortina del baño manchada y sucia, infraestructura muy vieja y sin mantenimiento, colchon incomodo, Staff lento. No volvería. Por una noche lo acepto porque no quiero buscar más hoteles pero no volveré, no lo recomiendo. Dice que incluye desayuno pero no abre 2 días de la semana así que no pude tomar desayuno.

El hotel es un verdadero desastre, las llaves tienes que cambiarla todos los días porque no funcionan de 6 noches dos veces no limpiaron el cuarto, la gente poco amable

Terrible experiencia. Al entrar al estacionamiento el valet parking nos dice "no pueden pasar. Tienen que pagar 10$" Al decirle que no teníamos efectivo no dice "no importa, me lo transfieren a mi y yo los pongo" ¿En serio? ¡Me siento estafado! Si van a exigir pago para entrar al estacionamiento, al menos coloquen un letrero afuera que diga el precio. Nunca supe si eran 3, 5, 8 o 10$... El chico pudo haber dicho 20 o 30 y no hay manera de saber el precio real. MUY PERO MUY MAL.

The hotel was just okay. Looked like it needed some work on the outside but once you enter your greeted by a nicely decorated area. The pool are looked nice from the view. The rooms can use some improvements, I boomed 2 double rooms and one fridge wasn't working, and the other was missing shelves. One of the ac units wasn't working to well and one of the dressers wasn't fixed right. The bathroom was okay, needed some work and the room decor and look was fine. Overall for the price and minutes away from Miami, this is a good option if you need something cheap to spend a night in.

Não tenha problemas com sua reserva, você vai perder paciência e vontade de se hospedar aí. Fora o desdém da que se diz supervisora dessa zona. Não é um bom lugar para quem busca descanso pós viagem, rola um som alto que ocupa uns dois quarteirões. Bizarro.

Hotel bastante honesto e com preço justo para pequenas estadias. Estávamos em 4 e passamos apenas uma noite. O Regency nos atendeu perfeitamente.
