For starters, I always check every room I stay in for evidence of bed bugs, and thankfully the room was free of any indication of them. That being said, there was a pack of saltine crackers crushed between the mattress and headboard, the toilet had been used by a man a few days prior, because the water was delicious and clear from the tap, but in the toilet was an ugly greenish film with bubbles of grey starting to form. I flushed and it was fine, but for 86 bucks a night, that should have not been. The carpet was old frayed and sticky in places and had obviously been roller dusted in lieu of vacuuming, which, in a pet room, as this was, is just poor effort. The bathroom was clean enough to take a sitting bath comfortably , and the towels were new and really nice. I loved the furniture setup, but the loveseat smelled like a dirty dog if you didn't lay the blanket over it. I'd stay again, at a discount but I'd not recommend it to anyone who wants to be barefooted and not smell cigarettes through the night. I really hope that the housekeeping and maintenance issues get taken care of. It was a nice place for the most part, and I'd love to visit if they got their game stepped up, and finish getting those edges buffed out. 😁

The customer service here was very good. The rooms, however, were disgusting. Reeked of cigarette smoke, got worse when the heater was on. The pillows smelled like they were dipped in tobacco. The beds creaked and popped so much I could hardly sleep. One bed was straight up broken. The floor was dirty, the towels were stained. I didn't even shower because of all the mold in the shower. Needless to say we won't be staying here again.

Nice place for the price. Pool seemed clean and pretty. comfortable beds. Room was clean and relaxing. Staff was friendly. I prepaid my room online and it made check in a breeze. I was able to park by my room which I like. Good amount of parking around the hotel. Great price.

If I could put zero stars, I would. My husband, our two year old, our dog, and myself were driving to visit a sick family member and saw the good rate and reviews for this hotel. A little while after loading everything into our room we noticed a hole in the door. We were so tired from driving and had a two year old to try to get to sleep that we didn’t tell the front desk about the hole in the evening, I told them at check out. They assured me everything was going to be fine. Few hours later I see a $500 charge to my account. I gave them proof that I didn’t damage the door, they still don’t care. $500 is a lot of money taken from my pocket of my family. And I’m very upset. I hope the hotel sees this review and reconsiders charging me. We were honest with you, we hope you decide to be honest with us and give us a refund.

I don't even give places reviews and ratings but this has been the worst experience I've ever had staying at a hotel or motel. We've been here for 4 days and have gotten 3 out of our 9 requests fulfilled. The management has to have hired 2 employees who actually care but the management has proven to have no consideration for their guests... There isn't a do not disturb on our door and they haven't changed our bedsheets or cleaned our room one time...even after requesting it the past 2 days...to the point me and my woman are considering doing our own laundry. I'm about this close to requesting a vacuum. We asked for towels and were told we would receive some, but hours later when my woman needed to shower to get ready for work, we still had not been brought any. We asked again, and still nobody came to our room. We had to get towels from an open room just to shower because the housekeeping lady was nowhere to be found. It's really ridiculous, and even now as I write this we are still waiting for room service to get new bedsheets. 👎🏾👎🏾

The rooms and entire hotel (corridors, etc.) could use an entire deep cleaning and fresh coat of paint. The only redeeming quality was the free breakfast which included sausage patties, hashbrown...
