“One of the best hotels i’ve ever been to. Starting from the professional, kind and helpful staff. Great location. Kids friendly hotel. I would come back to Milan again just to stay in this hotel. Highly recommend it.”

“I was really disappointed with this but I will review as fairly as I can. Having been to many different Park Hyatt’s I feel a large mismatch between this one and Tokyo’s Park Hyatt as a brand name. Consider that there will be a €50 car parking fee should you require the service. My biggest disappointment was the F&B; I couldn’t eat breakfast from the smell of all the plates and cutlery as well as food selection being abysmal. The room was very average considering the price tag but I guess they are banking on the location, which is excellent. The saving grace of this hotel were the front desk and the housekeeping staff (Not Concierge); they were full of smiles and helpful. I believe this hotel could be so much more and with some more Management attention could live up to its name.”
