“Magnífico hotel para pasar unos días de descanso, al lado de la playa. Las habitaciones son grandes y limpias, bien insonorizadas, y la comida del buffet sobresaliente. Repetiremos”
— Carlos Antoñón
“Our rooms were great and a nice size. We also liked the location very much. The kids’ activity pool was much enjoyed albeit resulting in blue lips on our young son as the water is utterly freezing. It is a real shame you have to walk 10 mins from the kids’ pool to the bar for a drink...I suppose it is a good way to limit the all inclusive drinks - clever! Jokes aside, it really did feel like we had to beg for drinks and would not recommend going here on an all inclusive basis like we did. Finally, the two big problems - the food is utterly appalling! Cold, soggy, dried out, shrivelled up, congealed, all of these evidenced at all three meals every day. The staff are all (apart from the kids’ entertainers) grumpy and rude. With a little effort (and basic culinary thoughtfulness) this hotel could be fabulous. As it is I would suggest there are better hotels where you won’t feel like you are begrudgingly being served a glass of wine and with actual edible food.”
