Excelente a qualidade do WiFi de livre acesso por todo o hotel incluído o quarto;Excelente a proximidade de uma bela praia;Funcionários simpáticos;Cidade de Mahón a 20 minutos de autocarro, com paragem em frente ao hotel;Regime de meia pensão nao inclui bebidas ao jantar;Deficiente isolamento do ruído entre quartos, se tiver um vizinho que ressone não consegue dormir, aconteceu -me e tive de mudar de quarto;As portas possuem uma mola recuperadora muito forte que faz bater as portas com muita força e o ruído das portas começa logo pelas 7:30h;O elevador cada vez que chega a um piso e abre as portas também faz um som incomodativo;

Agradável hotel, staff muito simpático e tem um espaço dedicado a crianças com piscina própria. Á parte disso o hotel tem mais 3 piscinas pelo que não é preciso andar a correr para arranjar lugar. Comida fabulosa e o serviço de TI é muito bom.

Pessoal muito simpático, refeições variadas, praia muito perto e quarto razoável ( achei pouco espaçoso), mas fiquei bem. Valeu a pena ter vindo para este local.

Péssimo hotel, não recomendo, só vale beber de manhã até à noite com TI. Quem assim não faz e talvez por sermos portugueses, é cidadão de segunda categoria.

Hotel calmo, staff sempre disponível. Comida variada, de qualidade e bem confecionada. Animação qb. Priscinas grandes e de água salgada. Bom hotel para descansar, recomendo o SPA. Localização excelente, ficando a 5 minutos da praia a pé.

Es un complejo bastante grande, al igual que el de Ibiza, en el que también hemos estado. Apostamos siempre por esta cadena, desde hace años. Destacansus confortables habitaciones, las modernas instalaciones y la atención cercana y cordial del personal.

Hotel grande, con dos piscinas separadas, una infantil, el agua limpia y el personal de recepciòn amable. El spa, aunque se paga por separado, esta bien montado y esta muy completo. Por contra, la mayorìa del tiempo algunas instalaciones del spa no funcionan y tardan mucho tiempo en repararlas. Cuando estuve hace unos años, el gimnasio contaba con unas màquinas algo antiguas pero muy limpio y que funcionan. Una valoraciòn negativa seria que no permite cambiar el canal de TV aunque estes solo. He vuelto este año y ha desparecido. Respecto al buffet, lo normal por el precio pagado. Si nos referimos a los espectàculos nocturnos, estos son variados ydivertidos, asì como lasdistintas actividades matinales y vespertinas.

Hotel de 4 estrellas con clientes y servicio de limpieza de 1,estuvimos en este hotel una semana. Las instalaciones están muy bien la habitación y el baño nuevos y con buena limpieza, armarios amplios, lo único que cambiaría sería la televisión que estaba un poco obsoleta.Paredes de papel se oía todo hasta como corría el agua de las tuberías de los de al lado, de el de arriba... Vecinos ruidosos a partir de las 7 de la mañana empezaba la fiesta y con esto no me refiero a party, portazos, mobiliario de la habitación arrastrado muy pero que muy exagerado , golpes ect por parte de los clientes y señoras del servicio de limpieza q se chillaban entre ellas pidiendosecosas. El buen descanso para mi brilló en su ausencia ya q por la noche también la gente acomodan sus habitaciones y el ruido era un no parar. Por otra parte decir que el buffet y el personal que trabaja en el era excepcional educado servicial Le doy un 10! Y los chicos de animación del hotel super simpáticos y agradables muy guays😊.

Muy buen hotel, buena comida, tienen de todo para que todo tipo de personas esten agusto, tanto para adultos, como para niños, trato excelente y las habitaciones muy bien tambien. La playa está cerquisima y la mejor ventaja es que el aeropuerto esta muy cerca. Muy buen hotel. La piscina es super bonita, tiene un toque muy diferente alas tipicas piscinas.

Lovely place if your requiring a relaxing holiday. It has many pools including childrens. Entertainment at night is great for the children. The place is clean and friendly. But if your looking for a lively area this isnt for you as not many local shops and restaurants

Our rooms were great and a nice size. We also liked the location very much. The kids’ activity pool was much enjoyed albeit resulting in blue lips on our young son as the water is utterly freezing. It is a real shame you have to walk 10 mins from the kids’ pool to the bar for a drink...I suppose it is a good way to limit the all inclusive drinks - clever! Jokes aside, it really did feel like we had to beg for drinks and would not recommend going here on an all inclusive basis like we did. Finally, the two big problems - the food is utterly appalling! Cold, soggy, dried out, shrivelled up, congealed, all of these evidenced at all three meals every day. The staff are all (apart from the kids’ entertainers) grumpy and rude. With a little effort (and basic culinary thoughtfulness) this hotel could be fabulous. As it is I would suggest there are better hotels where you won’t feel like you are begrudgingly being served a glass of wine and with actual edible food.

The hotel would be worth 5* if the food was better, salads were great, deserts were fantastic, but the main meals, meat and fish left a lot to be desired. Also the "hot" plates were err not. We were not AI so paid for drinks at the bar through the day where a disturbing pattern emerged. The staff seem to have difficulty charging you the correct price and, or giving the correct change. This only amounted to a few cents each time, but should not happen. Otherwise the hotel is very good, entertainment team were great, rooms cleaned daily and the grounds immaculate, it's a pity the food and counting ability of some staff let it down.

An all round fantastic week long stay at the Occidental. We booked directly on the Barcelo site and were actually given some great perks - for instance, we were given a €50 voucher to spend on drinks, snacks and/or in the spa (the gifted amount varies according to the cost of your booking). As we were half board guests, this voucher was especially handy as we effectively paid next to nothing for drinks during the entire week. Half board also worked perfectly for us as restaurant staff were happy to “swap” one of our course; some days we had breakfast and dinner, other days it was breakfast and lunch meaning we could eat out. If you want good value on your holiday, half board comes highly recommended from us (particularly for couples wanting to eat out). The hotel staff were all a pleasure to deal with, and a special mention for every member of the animation team who really are superb. I personally got involved with beach volleyball and water polo, the latter of which was especially fun! Our double room was basic and a little small but perfectly fine for our needs and the little time spent in the room anyway. We probably won’t return any time soon having visited Menorca several times, but if we did then we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

A great hotel for a family holiday. As we were all inclusive it was handy for us and the kids. There are plenty of pools for all ages, plus a splash zone which the kids loved. You are only 10 minutes walk to the beach. There was plenty of activities for the kids and the food was really nice as well.

Gran experiencia poder alojarnos mi pareja y yo en este hotel de Menorca. MUY RECOMENDABLE! Contratamos 5 días, 4 noches, con media pensión (desayuno y cena) y fue genial.Zonas comunes muy cuidadas, servicios muy amables, atentos y educados, nos sentimos muy cómodos en las instalaciones. Los cocineros del buffet súper atentos por si había algo que se agotaba y había que reponerlo. Comida de calidad y recién hecha.La zona común de la piscina es excepcional, tiene dos piscinas, con un montón de tumbonas para que puedas descansar y tomar el sol. Tiene gimnasio, zonas de spa y masajes, bar para los que llevan la pulsera de todo incluido. Además ofrecen un servicio de toallas, dejando 10€ de fianza (que cuando la devuelves te los devuelven) que viene muy bien para la playa, ya que al volar no suele caber la toalla en la maleta.Muy recomendable, tanto para familias como para parejas. Los niños se lo pasan en grande, porque hay actividades dirigidas por monitores de tiempo libre.Dejo algunas fotos del buffet del desayuno y de las vistas que teníamos desde nuestra habitación.

The rooms are well eqiuped, the location is very good for visiting the beach (Punta prima) and to catch the bus to Mahon. Food is exelent. But a bit noisy place, because of the kids and because they used to clean in the afternoon. We did not receive every day our sets for the bad....

We tried two completely different hotels during our stay in Menorca. This one is the more family oriented one which we tried out because we are planning to bring our 9-yr-old son here with us this winter. Indeed, this is perfect hotel to come back with the entire family. It is very chilled, relaxing, unpretentious, and people are friendly. The swimming pools are very nice and big. The animations are all day long which is perfect for my very active child who is always looking for something to do. It is very close to the beach with a few local restaurants. We walked along the cliffs nearby the hotel and find it absolutely breathtaking. Can’t wait to come back to this magical island.
