“It was my first Hotel with a bathtub. I loved it. The room was clean, but without any reason I had a third bed and even after asking at the reception, to remove it, I had the bed for the whole two weeks in my room. The breakfast has a good selection and also some healthy options. Unfortunately I got ask every morning to show my vaccination pass (why not just write it down?!).”

“We booked this hotel because Efteling hotels were full. We were forced to book 2 rooms due to having 3 children (young children we could have fit in 1 room). We asked for connecting rooms or next to each other and upon arrival they told us it is not possible to have that based on the reservation and would not accommodate us for anything else, so my family had to sleep separately for the two nights. Plus, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t what I would consider a high standard. There is visible mildew in the bathroom around the shower and on the ceilings.The room had hairs that did not belong to us and trash under the bed. We would have overlooked this, however,the next day we came to eat at the restaurant around 18:00, it was not full there were 3 tables and apparently they were full and had no availability for the entire evening. What an awful experience.”
