Experiência realmente agradável! Localização do hotel no centro, a pé em 5/10 minutos pode chegar a muitos bares, restaurantes e lojas! Em frente a uma paragem de autocarro com a qual pode chegar às praias (que de outra forma seriam cerca de 30/40 minutos a pé do hotel). Mas nas proximidades existe o cais onde pode desfrutar de um maravilhoso pôr-do-sol ou dar um passeio. O quarto e banheiro eram limpos, a cama era muito grande e confortável. A equipe muito gentil, tanto a equipe da sala de jantar, quanto os atendentes completos e as recepcionistas! Sempre super prestativo e sorridente. Café da manhã bom e variado: há tanto salgado quanto doce, com opções diferenciadas mesmo para pessoas com problemas alimentares. A única pequena falha é que os quartos não são realmente à prova de som, então os ruídos podem ser um pouco altos! Mas no geral estou positivamente impressionado e satisfeito com a estadia! :)

Nos dieron una habitación diferente a la reservada por teléfono. Se dejaron la ventana abierta haciendo mucho frío al volver. Abrieronel techo y se lo dejaron así. Nos dijeron que aplicarían un descuento muy superior al que finalmente aplicaron. Me sentí engañado sobre todo por esto último. Al contestar la encuesta de satisfacción que manda el hotel no me deja enviarla En general hotel normal con precio muy elevado en el que se salva la amabilidad del personal pero en el que en nuestro caso hubo mucho errores.

Estamos muy satisfechos, habitación amplia y tranquila salvo ayer que hubo un grupo de adolescentes que nos molestó un poco. El desayuno bufé me pareció caro y por eso no lo contratamos.A veces el hall olía un poco mal, quiezá por la cercanía del canal. Pero en general muy contentos.

NH Triest is located very close to the centre of the city and many interesting places can be visited by relatively short walks. The personal of the hotel is very friendly and they try to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel offers a good breakfast with a buffet, but the coffee was not what we expected in Italy. While the service has NH standard, the rooms are of old fashion and run down.

We travel to Spain from Slovakia. We have stayed here 4 times now. Every time the hotel and staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms and beds are super comfy, modern and spotlessly clean. They love our dog too! Thank you all once again See you soon

Having just spent a day at the Hotel NH Trieste, we were absolutely blown away by the quality of this place. Well located in a cool area with so much to enjoy. We stayed in a suite which was simply perfect and finished to the highest level. The service in this hotel is outstanding, the staff will go above and beyond. We will be back without hesitation.

NH suele ser calidad. Este se encue tra ubicado en el centro de Trieste. Ideal para una estancia inolvidable en esta ciudad cargada de historia. Sobre todo del S. XX. Aquí comenzó y terminó la I Guerra mundial.

Hotel em uma posição ideal, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos com o cliente. Deram-me um quarto que tinha uma temperatura de 24 graus e não podia ser alterado. Depois de meu relatório, meu quarto é mudado, eu recebo um quarto familiar maior, mas muito menos bem cuidado, e este também atingiu uma temperatura absurda durante a noite. Repito a equipe prestativa ... mas a menos que você goste de quartos do tipo sauna ... melhor evitar, pelo menos para mim.

Como todos os hotéis NH, possui um excelente padrão de limpeza e uma equipe muito simpática. Nota positiva é a qualidade do café da manhã, com destaque para os biscoitos artesanais de lavanda. Quarto confortável mas com duas falhas: a ventilação da cega do banheiro sempre ativa, que provoca ruído de fundo à noite e a porta que pouco isola tanto do ruído externo quanto da luz acesa a noite toda no corredor. Outra pequena falha: para tomar um expresso simples no bar do salão esperei mais de 10 minutos ...

Breakfast seriously understaffed, low staff motivation in general. Broken stuff seems to accumulate the longer we stay (coffee machine, toilets). Limited breakfast choices. After a pleasant anticipation that we would be getting a room upgrade, we were disappointed that it does not seem to bigger than what we booked initially. Ventilation/lighting is also an issue as there is heavily traffic with harsh street lights outside.

Absolutely chaotic and not up to the standard I am used of NH Hotels. Although the staff was friendly and tried their best, they were totally understaffed. Front counter is attended only by one person, even when people are arriving and checking out. There is no parking space available or any help by the front desk to reserve one, you are out on your own. Misleading information about that. The breakfast is totally not worth, you wait to get inside the breakfast room, and than you wait again to get anything or get seated. Even for covid this is not acceptable, the place is much to small and again, totally understaffed. Tried to talk to the manager, could only get hold of him on phone because he is not at the site (at a Tuesday morning) the whole day. And they messed up my reservation. I mean, sure , it is Italy and covid times, but this is just ridiculous. Definitly not the fault of the staff, who are trying their best, but gross mismanagement, and not what you expect of a chain like NH (had lot of perfect experiences with them so far). Room had some issues too, but at least this was decent.

Excellent hotel, great location very close to the city center. The room wasn’t huge but was comfortable and efficient. The bathroom was good. Bed is comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. My only criticism is that there is no coffee maker in the room. Other than that everything was good.

Como en casi todos los nh, destaco por encima de todo, la amabilidad de todo el personal. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, frente al mar y a un paso del centro de Trieste. Otra cosa son las instalaciones...aparentemente están enproceso de renovarlo( perteneció a otra cadena hotelera anteriormente). Es un poco "viejuno" en general. El baño muy pequeño, faltan enchufes...muchos aspectos a mejorar en general. Tienen un "acuerdo" con un parking privado, justo a la vuelta, por 22 euros el día( eso si, cierran y hay que llamarles para que te abran, lo cual no es nada práctico). A unos 300 metros hay un parking saba por 10 euros tarifa 24 horas.

Hotel is centrally situated. The room is spacious and clean and serviced daily. Breakfast is buffet and excellent. There is a big variety of food, cold and hot. Also a good selection of coffee and tea. Staff very friendly. Reception staff very knowledgeable about their city.

Nos encanto todo. Muy buena la habitación, la decoración, la ropa de cama, el baño . muy hospitalario y atento todo el personal, desde la recepción hasta la mucama. Excelente ubicación. Muy cerca de la estación y del centro de la ciudad. Lo súper recomendamos.

Hotel muy confortable de excelente atención al cliente Canalizan todo tipo de problemas a los huéspedes Si ubicación es excelente ya que se encuentra a no menos de 2 cuadras de la estación de Tieste Central y Bus.Posee desayuno muy completo y restaurant con precios accesibles. Posee atencion con personalque habla español.La relación precio es muy buena considerando todo los aspectos señalados. Lo recomiendo plenamente volvería por su hospitalidad.
