We visited the Hotel as a large family (4 rooms) and we liked the large rooms. But the Hotel maintenance together with the room deep cleaning should be improved. The bathrooms were small & cleanliness could maintenance can be improved and the mould need to be removed behind the silicon joints.

Overpriced and disorganized with the bookings. Overall very good quality of the bed, bed sheets, room furniture, bathroom equipment. The hotel is super clean and beautiful. Staff was super friendly, but unhelpful. Read further for more details. We've booked a room with two separated beds, but we've got a couple's bed room. When we talked to the receptionist, she said they've made a mistake but there's nothing they could do about it. So they've made me and my friend share the same sleeping surface. We were kind of ok with it, but this made me feel like they didn't really care about us. They didn't offer any discount or anything. All of that was without breakfast included for about 150 euros per person.

The location is perfect. One stop from Frankfurt airport. Then a 2 min walk to the hotel. The room was clean and very roomy. The buffet breakfast was probably one of the best I've ever had.

The hotel is beautiful, so many different places within walking distance. The breakfast was well put with many options. Being a visitor in Europe. The "double" beds still confuse me. But still a great stay nonetheless.

Spent two nights here this past week. Nice hotel within easy walking distance from the train station. Hotel had a very nice lobby. Hotel staff was very friendly. Checkin was easy (with precautions for Covid). Breakfast each morning was wonderful. Breakfast area big, clean and modern. Staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were very nice sized with plenty of space. This hotel is easy walking distance to the Old Town of Heidelberg with plenty of coffee shops and places to eat along the way. The only reason I did not rate this hotel higher (5 stars) was: 1. I found the bed to be very uncomfortable (hard) and the pillows were small and not firm. 2. Shower—-I am not a fan of hybrid bath tub and shower areas. It provides for a very small area . Aside from this, I enjoyed my stay.

Really nice hotel very well located. Very clean rooms and hotel in general with very good facilities. We got a renovated room for 4 which was perfect. Only "but"(and the reason for not giving 5 stars) are the mattresses and pillows...I have tried better in other hotels but in any case it's a highly recommended one and we will repeat if visiting Heidelberg again. Special mention to the fantastic breakfast!!!

Good and central business hotel close to downtown Heidelberg. I especially liked that the rooms have a hardwood floor and no carpet. Also there is a real shower with a glass door/wall and no bathtub with a jucky shower curtain. Beds and covers were very good too. Also Coffee maker in the room is always good. Didn't try the breakfast or restaurant.

Unhelpful staff. Have to ask and pay for mostly everything. Dated rooms, slippery bathroom. Found a very big, full of legs, scary bug in the bathtub. Air conditioner stops working in the middle of the night. Very expensive parking and breakfast. No iron and board. Not coming back if I can choose. Very very slow internet. Have to pay to get normal speeds. Two stars because the room is big and the hair dryer works.

Below my expectations in terms of interiors and architecture however we found friendly staff and our dog was allowed (with an extra charge) to the room and breakfast area. Very appreciated.
