Absolutamente positivo. Nada negativo. Tudo estava lá no quarto, limpo e confortável. Localização é central. 10 minutos a pé da principal estação de trem. O café da manhã foi ótimo.

Quartos muito limpos e aconchegantes. Colchão muito bom, chuveiro limpo. Wi-Fi bom. Boa seleção no café da manhã, a qualidade dos sucos, linguiça e queijo é o calibre mais barato. . . Que pena. Do outro lado da rua há uma garagem com espaço de estacionamento suficiente.

Absolutamente positivo. Nada negativo. Todo estaba allí en la habitación, limpio y cómodo. La ubicación es céntrica. 10 minutos a pie de la estación principal de tren. El desayuno era genial.

Habitaciones muy limpias y acogedoras. Colchón muy bueno, ducha limpia. Wi-Fi bueno. Buena selección en el desayuno, la calidad de los jugos, salchichas y quesos es el calibre más barato... Demasiado. Al otro lado de la calle hay un garaje con espacio suficiente para aparcar.

Legal e Limpo. Café da manhã muito bom. Durante 3 dias, ninguém verificou e reabasteceu o gel de banho. Eles não substituíram ou lavaram copos de água por 3 dias também.

Ótimo café da manhã e ótima localização! Tive uma ótima estadia!!pensamentos construtivos; - O acesso ao estacionamento é muito estreito (veículos de grande porte têm que manobrar muito para não danificar o veículo. Alguns podem nem se atrever a entrar). - a lâmpada de mesa em nosso quarto e as tomadas pertencentes à mesa só funcionavam quando a luz do teto estava acesa. Caso contrário, não. Isso foi muito desfavorável no nosso caso, pois minha esposa queria dormir e eu ainda tinha que trabalhar. A parte elétrica poderia ter sido melhor pensada.Caso contrário, um bom hotel!

Bonito y limpio. Muy buen desayuno. Durante 3 días nadie revisó y rellenó el gel de ducha. No han reemplazado ni lavado vasos de agua durante 3 días también.

Gran desayuno y excelente ubicación! ¡Tuve una gran estadía!pensamientos constructivos; - El acceso al parking es muy estrecho (los vehículos grandes tienen que maniobrar mucho para no dañar el vehículo. Puede que algunos no se atrevan a entrar). - la lámpara de escritorio en nuestra habitación y los enchufes pertenecientes al escritorio solo funcionaban cuando la luz del techo estaba encendida. De otra forma no. Eso fue muy desfavorable en nuestro caso, ya que mi esposa quería dormir y yo todavía tenía que trabajar. La electricidad podría haber sido mejor pensada.De lo contrario, un buen hotel!

Nice and clean. Very good breakfast. For 3 days nobody checked and refiled the shower gel. They haven't replaced or washed water glasses for 3 days also.

The rooms are not heated and especially for Families with small kids it is getting hard in Winter. The room is in Winter really cold (Temp. around 19 to 20 degree) and unconvinient for familes. I do not recommend staying here in Winter. Or bring your own heater with you. This Was my second and last visit. Sorry but no more NH Essen.

I liked the rooms, sadly there was noy coffee or tea in the rooms, I asked the receptionist and apparently only some room more expensive have it. For a 4 star hotel, I expected that for the price at least coffee or tea was available.Also, this is not my first time in one NH, I have visited many in Europe, and the breakfast in this one was my least favorite... Little options, maybe because of corona or not. In addition, the coffee was not so good and there were moment it was impossible to keep social distance in the buffet.The TV has very little channels in English or other language apart from German.On the good side, the bed was comfy as always. The location was perfect for visiting the christmas market. The parking was easy to find, but there were only 16 spaces, so if was full you have to park in front, and it is more expensive.The staff was nice and helpful. The shower and the room was very good, typical NH.

Very comfortable rooms at an attractive rate! Its a new business hotel and has everything you need. I truly enjoyed the breakfast, the underground parking and the fitness room. The breakfast is a bit too expensive imho. But since you are right across a big mall (with a supermarket) which is open from 7am to 10pm, it can easily be mitigated. The staff was always helpful and friendly.
