“Muito interessante, mas o facto da sauna/banho turco ser pago é no mínimo bizarro. A localização poderia ser melhor, na fica perto de uma estação do metro de superfície.”

“Worst Experience Ever. The bed sheet and pillow cover had eyelashes and black things in our first room. The reception lady kindly helped us to transfer to a second room. However, there was no soap in that room and we needed to go to reception ourselves for the 3rd time to get the soap.
Then I found out the design of bathroom is unreasonable! The edge of washing basin is really sharp and very close to the bathtub. My ankle bumped against it and this hurts so much. Then I fell off in the bathtub again because it was so slippery and had no place to grab. My knee is bruised. The shower head also had limited water flow, I had to stand on the plug for the whole time, but then the water cannot sink.
Before I sleep, I found there was still some hairs and eyelashes on the bed of the second room. I felt quite awful and everything here really ruined my day.
There was also limited service at the hotel, for example, no toothpaste and slippers in stock at all. If you check in late, there is no shop you can buy nearby.
Therefore I would not consider going back and recommend the hotel to others.”
