“This is a nice hotel….but….1. The hotel information says you can get food in the bar after 4 but the waiter said you cannot. You can only get drinks if you call the bartender (bar was not manned when we were there). You can go out to the pool and there is some food there so that is OK but not as easily accessible and no English spoken or written anywhere. 2. there are only a couple of plugs and no USB ports in the room. 3. No English speaking channels amongst the 30 stations. Also none of them are German or French TV stations either. We tried to get subtitles but they wouldn’t show up on the screen.
Now, none of this is bad mind you, but from something rated as a five star hotel I would expect a bit more in the way of amenities (however they DO have a very large gym with a nice view and a large outdoor swimming pool—I assume it is heated as there were two people doing laps on a December afternoon, but maybe not as I did not stick my toe in the water). I would stay here again I think so nothing bad but just not what I would think of as a five star hotel.”

“Valoro con 1 estrella porqué no puedo poner menos. Hotel qué merecía la pena por sus instalaciones deportivas, y nos encontramos con la piscina olimpica vacia, las saunas cerradas, jacuzzis cerrados y al preguntar nos dicen otras personas que llevan clausuradas varios meses por cuestiones de ahorro, no de avería como nos habian dicho los empleados. Lamentable.”
