“Hotel no coração de Bergamo, a poucos passos da estação central de Bergamo. Hotel moderno e muito agradável. Quartos bem conservados e limpos, estilo contemporâneo de móveis. Possibilidade de quartos com e sem carpete. Disponibilidade de casas de banho com banheira ou duche. Café da manhã estilo continental, muito rico no lado salgado e mais contido no lado doce, porém em ambos os casos são todos produtos de qualidade. Funcionários cortês e profissional, eles tentam resolver todos os pedidos. Estacionamento disponível. Nas imediações há de tudo, uma posição muito estratégica. Quartos bem insonorizados.”

“Very pleasant stay and good accommodation There was honestly nothing wrong with this hotel, save for its location. Near the train station, and kind of set apart from the beaten track - it's not in the best location.The staff was more than friendly, speaking both Italian and English - and as far as I could tell Spanish, French and German as well - the room was more than adequate: Beautiful bathroom, large bathtub and shower, two sinks, gold and black tile, and very, very comfortable bed. TV, wardrobe, large room to walk around in, and air conditioner and heat control.No breakfast though - and what there was would not constitute as a breakfast.Otherwise, I had no problems with the hotel, and it made me want to stay at an NH again the future.”
