O quarto deixa a desejar no que diz respeito à manutenção, falta de tomadas, limpeza regular e móveis desgastados e velhos, falta apoio para deixar bagagem e não ter que colocar na cama ou deixá-la no chão. O bar fechou em um horário bastante normal à noite, embora estivesse ligado. Pelo preço do quarto por noite não corresponde à qualidade e serviço. Bom serviço de recepção.

La habitación deja que desear con respecto al mantenimiento, falta de enchufes, limpieza regular y muebles gastados y viejos, se echa en falta soporte para dejar el equipaje y no tenerlo que poner en la cama o dejarlo en el suelo. El bar cerrado a una hora bastante normal por la noche aún teniéndolo encendido. Para el precio que tiene las habitación por noche no se corresponde con las calidad y el servicio. La atención en recepción buena.

A simpatia no entendimento parece ser uma característica típica dos hotéis deste grupo. Foi uma estadia muito curta para uma avaliação mais completa, mas satisfez plenamente no que era o objectivo da passagem pelo hotel.

Mis colegas y yo nos alojamos aquí para reuniones oficiales.No he tenido ningún problema con el personal, pero con las instalaciones, sí, tuve muchos problemas.En primer lugar, este es un hotel muy antiguo y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien.No estoy seguro de cómo, todos los días alrededor de las 6 a. m. olía a cocina dentro de mis habitaciones, a pesar de que todas las ventanas estaban cerradas. Así que todos los días me ayudaron a despertarme, sin poner ninguna alarma.Desayuno rápido promedio, nada que decir al respecto.No estoy contento con la comodidad total según el precio que pagamos.

Es un hotel clásico, confortable, que cumple con los requisitos necesarios para pasar unos días con tranquilidad y comodidad. Muy buena ubicación. Buen servicio de desayuno. Limpio, amigable con el ambiente y con un excelente personal, especialmente Miguel quien fue muy amable y gentil. Gracias.

Hotel pequeño y acogedor con instalaciones clásicas que te hacen sentir como en casa. Destacar el desayuno buffet por su abundancia, el trato recibido por Ana y recepción por estar pendientes de mi, para que no me faltara de nada. Volveré sin duda!!

El hotel es regular…las habitaciones son pequeñas, las cortinas son antiguas, la puerta del cuarto de baño se pega con el inodoro…para mi no merece mas que 3 estrellas.La atención fue muy buena…sin quejas …gracias para todo! Estoy de acuerdo con otras opiniones que el hotel es bastante lejos del metro y del centro.

Precio muy razonable. La habitación perfecta, cómoda, muy limpia y en buen estado. El personal también es muy agradable. El buffet de desayuno merece la pena si no tienes tiempo de buscar un sitio donde desayunar. Hay bastantes restaurantes por la zona que tienen muy buena pinta y hay una parada de metro cerca. Además, está a diez minutos andando de la estación de tren. Merece la pena

Quarto e e banheiros bem espaçosos. Gostei muito da minha estadia por lá. Tenho apenas uma observação sobre a manutenção do aquecedor do banheiro que não estava funcionando, mas o do quarto estava perfeito.

Ficamos 3 dias e esses 3 dias nunca mudaram a cama, só mente meteram o lençol por cima do edredom não sei qual é a lógica. O hotel fica perto da linha de metro principal pois assim ficou muito fácil de visitar os pontos mais conhecidos.

I read some bad reviews about the listing, therefore was a bit confused after booking. However it was only short-lived. The hotel room was clean, spacious and had the necessary amenities. The hotel is a bit far from metro stations (500-700 m) and city center. But it was the best option available for economical price.

Three Star Hotel with Good value. Good location close to Sants and Entenza Subway, bars, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Of note not a great tourist location but I was here on business and it's located very centrally and conveniently. Front desk was nice and available. Rooms are comfortable and clean, A/C did work perfectly for me. Breakfast buffet was organized by Ana with care and attention, with attention to detail, nice selection of bread, baked sweets, tortilla, cheese, ham, egg, fruit, yogurth etc. Good Espresso. Internet strength was mostly sufficient but could use a minimal notch up. Overall recommended.

It is ok, central location, great places around. Nice and welcoming staff but at least my room was in need of some repairs. It is just tiny things that disturb the experience but missing doors from the furniture, holes in the wall, a just partially functioning closet door as well as an unpleasant desinfection smell in the bathroom as well as stains on the wall from moisture do reflect bad on the otherwise really nice image of this hotel.

This hotel was a mixed experience. On the one hand, staff was friendly and the breakfast is excellent. On the other hand the room could have been cleaner (need repair in places) and the AC did not work, which made sleeping during the night a hassle due to the heat, and this even in November when temperatures are not too high. It is also not the first time the problems with the AC were mentioned, so in part our fault for choosing this hotel... I am sure there are similarly priced hotels in Barcelona that offer better services!

We stayed this past June for a few days and had a good experience. The front desk was very helpful, and the hotel is in a great location near some local grocers & eateries. It was a very nice, clean room overall. I just wished that the Air Conditioning was a bit more powerful to cope with the heat/ humidity.

It is an NH hotel, they meet the standards, however it is the worst NH hotel I have seen. The staff is not friendly and refuse to make any effort to help you. I had a small spider in my room for 3 days and no one did anything to kill it for 3 days. Spiders can't harm humans in general but spiders are disgusting. The room is small but functional. I expect more for the price I paid.

Rooms were clean, but no air-conditioning. Did not try the breakfast which was €11 so can't comment on that. The hotel is about 45 minute walk through the centre of the tourist area, but close to a couple of tube stations. Lots of good local cafes and bars in the area.
