Não se assuste: você terá a impressão de estar adentrando num pub/boate, mas é a recepção do hotel mesmo - agitada e com um som nas alturas! Na verdade, o espaço da recepção é compartilhado com o atendimento de bar dos hóspedes, e fica bem no centro do hall social, onde você pode se servir de um "goulash" ou de um sanduíche natural. Tem uma pegada bem moderna, com uma identidade própria, focada num público jovem e antenado que busca praticidade e originalidade. Uma das melhores surpresas foi sermos (muito bem) atendidos em português! Voltando a cidadeo Moxy será, certamente, minha opção.

Hotel com uma pegada diferente, cheguei e fiquei achando que estava numa balada. Mas gostei do lugar, pena que era apenas uma parada curta para pegar um vôo cedo.

Wisited here in early November 2021. The are was luke a ghost town. No one was around and the streets were empty. When we arrived, we were told that there was a new covid-19 outbreak and nobody was allowed to hand around in the hotel lobby.The room was clean and the amenities were good. But the rooms were really small (but bigger than a comparable hotel room you'd find in Tokyo! ). What really stood out at this hotel was the super friendly staff! They were all great people! It was nice to get to know the so called 'Libra Gang' ladies behind the counter!The hotel price was quite reasonable!

Great location to the airport. Room (family suite) was perfect for 4 people. Hotel was nice and clean and had a pleasant scent throughout. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We will stay again. *Side note- there is no transportation to the airport

After more than 1h the receptionist could not make the proper invoices for 3 rooms. And during checking we already provided the company details. We had to leave as we were going to miss our flight. Then we got the invoice by email and of course is wrong. Top of the cake we didn't get any nights or points on our Marriot account. We contacted different staff at reception and after 2 weeks we still waiting for a proper invoice. Is it possible to be more incompetent?

Just here for a quick stop before an early morning flight. The price is good, the facilities are good in the room for a budget hotel, the staff were really friendly. However the bed was not comfortable, our toilet was not clean and the conditioner bottle pump was broken. The room generally could do with being better maintained and better cleaning.

I had a pleasant stay at The Moxy for 3 nights. I love the concept of Moxy, the vibe is chill, you get to meet different people and the service is excellent. Kudos to the team for ensuring COVID safety measures are followed a 110%. It’s a 2min walk from the Getaway Gardens train station and a 3min ride by train to the Frankfurt airport. There is a grocery super store right next that serves lunch and has everything you need. There is an Italian restaurant next door. If you’re staying overnight to catch a flight or for longer, this place is great! A very special shout out to Maria from the Moxy crew for ensuring everything from the stay, food and everything else was super comfortable. All my requests from getting a universal adapter to finding places to eat, she was really there to ensure the stay was pleasant. A BIG THANK YOU, Maria! I would highly recommend Moxy. Super clean, comfortable and a chill hotel.

Convenient and clean hotel. Check-in was prompt and friendly, room spacious and quiet. The own parking garage was empty, although a bit pricey at €25/day. By taxi only minutes from the airport (c. €8). Great price-value ratio. Highly recommend.

Para alojarse al lado del aeropuerto si tu vuelo sale temprano. Es perfecto. Moderno, con todo lo necesario y económico. Se puede ir andando al aeropuerto, un paseo de 15 minutos, taxi 7€ o un Shuttle o lanzadera de pago.

Un hotel increible, habitaciones ampliasy limpias, una recepción muy agradable con su propio bar. Muy bonitas sus instalaciones. Me ha gustado mucho 😊

Muy buen buffet desayuno, perfecto si estás de paso en Frankfurt, muy buena conexión rápida con el aeropuerto, shuttle cada media hora, gratuito a la llegada, 7 € a la salida. El personal muy simpático.

Hotel de concepto moderno y funcional con decoración y planteamiento desenfadado. Las habitaciones, pequeñas pero confortables para estancias breves. Quizá para dos personas un poco estrechas. El desayuno muy completo.
