Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia de una noche. Encantadora habitación, cama cómoda, baño encantador ... Personal amable ... Nuestra opinión, el desayuno lo decepcionó, estaba frío servido en un plato frío, no podía mencionar esto, ya que solo había una chica que servía y estaba ocupada. Pero se quedará de nuevo cuando esté en la zona.

Went to evening wedding reception here, held in a beautiful small but beautiful room. Plenty room for guest numbers. The hot and cold buffet was very nice but as with most hotels the drinks were rather expensive.

Enjoyed our overnight stay. Lovely room, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom.. Friendly staff.. Our opinion the breakfast let it down, was cold served on a cold plate, couldn't mention this as was only one girl serving and was busy. But will stay again when in the area..

Gran hotel antiguo. Personal encantador. La habitación era cómoda aunque un poco anticuada. El ascensor no funcionaba mientras estuvimos allí, pero estas cosas suceden en edificios antiguos, supongo. Justo al lado de la estación de tren. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

Grande hotel antigo. Pessoal amável. O quarto era confortável, embora um pouco datado. O elevador não estava funcionando enquanto estávamos lá, mas essas coisas acontecem em prédios antigos, eu acho. Ao lado da estação de trem. Gostamos muito da nossa estadia e ficaria aqui novamente.

Grand old hotel. Lovely staff . The room was comfortable if a bit dated. Lift wasn't working while we were there but these things happen in old buildings I guess. Right next to the train station. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Alway excellent here. The old entry from what was the old Midland Railway Station is unique. The staff are spot on.

Hotel encantador. Realmente limpio. Amplias áreas públicas. Excelente personal, nada era demasiado y todo hecho con una sonrisa. La comida era buena. Habitaciones bien equipadas con todas las comodidades disponibles. La ducha fue increíble. ¡Había presión de agua! El único inconveniente para mí fue el té de la tarde. Me hubiera gustado que hubiera más bocadillos que tarta. Y mantequilla en lugar de margarina para los bollos, incluso si se trataba de palitos de mantequilla en un plato.

Excelente, estamos aqui para um fim de semana de Line Dancing, não podemos culpar a equipe ou os arranjos feitos devido à Covid para nos manter seguros. A comida também é boa e o serviço de mesa excelente muito educado e simpático

Hotel encantador. Muito limpo. Áreas públicas espaçosas. Excelente equipe, nada era demais e tudo feito com um sorriso. A comida era boa. Quartos bem equipados com todas as comodidades disponíveis. O chuveiro era incrível. Havia pressão da água! A única desvantagem para mim era o chá da tarde. Eu gostaria que houvesse mais sanduíches do que bolo. E manteiga em vez de margarina para os scones, mesmo que fosse manteiga em um prato.

Um hotel vitoriano maravilhosamente grandioso que nada perdeu de seu charme com o passar dos anos. Excelente atendimento em todas as frentes. Max e Olivia, para citar apenas dois. Café da manhã expansivo. Quartos confortáveis. Estacionamento grátis. Obrigada. Tivemos uma boa pausa relaxante.

Excellent we are here for a Line Dancing weekend cannot fault the staff or the arrangements made due to Covid to keep us safe. The food is also good and table service excellent very polite and friendly

Lovely hotel. Really clean. Spacious public areas. Excellent staff, nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile. Food was good. Rooms well appointed with all amenities available. The shower was amazing. There was water pressure! The only downside for me was the afternoon tea. I would have liked there to be more sandwiches than cake. And butter rather than margarine for the scones even if it was butter pats in a dish.

A wonderfully grand victorian Hotel that has lost none of its charm with advancing years. Excellent customer service on all fronts. Max and Olivia to name but two. Expansive breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Free parking. Thank you. We've had a nice relaxing break.
